Exponentially: A Process That Increases At A Steady, Accelerating Rate, Becoming Faster As Value Grows.

Hello everyone came across a link the other week along with so many other U.S. States and thought I would elaborate. A moderate and timely discussion, Powering Texas’ for their economic future, where they are just one of the 50 States aligning their Education and skills with Opportunities. "Bottom line": this work only succeeds through "Sustained Collaboration". Continued alignment across these three agencies, Texas Business Leadership Council's, Texas Education Agency, & Texas Workforce Commission, all essential to keeping Texas globally competitive, strengthening its talent pipeline, and expanding opportunity for students across the state". I Liked The "Sustained Collaboration Part"? https://www.linkedin.com/posts/kellekieschnick_honored-to-moderate-a-timely-and-important-share-7444539013031636993

However, unlike Canada, decades have passed in Canada, boasting higher education mostly, workforce programs placed to strengthen (?) our talent pipeline and our economy where Billion$$ were spent upon such which achieved very little in 3 decades? "But Here We Are, Now Everything Is An Apprenticeship, Know Matter What Your Job Is". WOW?

Throughout all this global "AI" Hype which seems to be the Star Performer leading us to, another generated global frenzy embracing Apprenticeships & Skilled Trades. But, with manufacturing & construction requiring various skilled trades not everything is "AI"? Keep in mind I know very little about anything "Techie" including "AI" actually I care less of it. So, if it sounds to good to be true it's usually???? "Honestly" I do prefer "OI" Original Intelligence any day of the week, it's called the power of "MAN"? My Thoughts.

Here's a little humorous research I did?

Note: These words stand strong in Industry, "If You Don't Know Ask". So I did, I asked Google is Rhetoric Innovative - Yes, Rhetoric is highly innovative because it's dynamic, and adaptive art. So, I asked Google again, does rhetoric and bullshit have similar qualities. Yes, rhetoric and bullshit share similar qualities and are often linked in popular discourse, though they are not identical. Both involve the artful use of language to persuade, impress, or influence an audience without necessarily adhering to the "Truth"? So what we have here is a Family Tree? "Rhetoric, and its Cousins Jack-Shit & Bullshit"? This now solidifies my comment made in an earlier Blog article stating: "The Rhetoric Family Tree, runs thicker than concrete and hardens faster in the minds of the public".

Building a clear and demanding alignment for a strategic cross-road in education, vocational technical training and employment avenues which are definitely important. Reshaping and creating direct opportunities for post-secondary students enabling smarter decisions, and a good start forward, and to engage opportunities throughout our uniquely designed College University alternative. Alternatives, for all the right reasons would elevate the interest of both students and their parents, focusing upon cultivating educational opportunities and creating their decisive move forward. Supporting student momentum by ensuring students can understand "Clearly" navigating their expectations from "Start to Finish" some call it critical thought. Enthusiasm always remains critical in deciding ones future between educational institutions that supports one side of a student interest to succeed, being academia, or the other side within a vocational technical training development overview. "Competitively", we are strengthening the talent pipeline "Domestically", by expanding opportunities for students that perhaps require a more challenging direct and innovative approach solidifying their sustained choice not being leashed, by the Google example above within the family of "Rhetoric" above. (No Holds Barred).

"The Hypothetical"? Everyone walks into the Elevator, door closes you push the button to your required floor level. “Then Nothing”, elevator is not working, your floor is many floors up so "Take The Stairs" but now we see those who are, and those who wish they were "Capable". I'm sure a % of people would, be on their cell phones to reschedule or call in, and then there are some who embrace the staircase challenge. Skilled Trades Apprenticeships through to becoming a Journeyman works in the same way, it's not a walk in the park, it's an instillment of determination, knowledge, and skills development, where one needs to be in shape by (Taking The Stairs), in both mind and body? Leaving the Rhetoric family behind?

College + University + TDA - Training Development Agent, minus the "Rhetoric Family" throughout our uniquely designed campuses creates a crossroad, with an intentional collaboration with industry where Knowledge, Skills Development, Skilled Trades, and Education converge together. Corporations would have much less to worry about engaging, and sponsoring, students within this type of innovation being presented here. However, our current skills gap, and perhaps corporate ignorance, alongside government, has become an (Understatement) lacking the ability to fill these voids within (Domestic Canada)? Where "Solutions" of “Work, Earn, & Learn" strategically remains outfield? But the “LARD” heads, and "Podium Preachers", and all their Pre-programs, projecting the Rhetoric Family upon the public has always been disheartening. It didn't work for 30+ years in Canada saying one thing and now pushing the opposite where now (The Whole World Needs Apprenticeships Everywhere, And For All Things, And For All Jobs)? "REALLY"? Now it's a global ("AI" Skilled Trades generated solution (Electrically Stimulated Of Course), so where would we be without "AI"?) If 10% of the Hype given to "AI" was for the "Bring Back Manufacturing & Construction" needs we would be "Rocking" within this very supportive Uniquely Designed Institutional foundation creating "Stability"? Unfortunately, in Canada, I see more and more influence being put upon "International Immigration Efforts" outside Canada exploiting what we call our next generation by not embracing "Domestic Canadians First"? Its was absurd watching the acceleration of international students, and our extremely intentionally orchestrated "OFF" the charts immigration. Yet now many colleges are failing "WHY" because they went down a path that didn’t address our "Natural National Growth". Instead they were (Intentionally Led Astray By Those Who Hold The Carrots Of Illusions). My Thoughts.

However, elaborating upon the needs of our workforce. In Context: This College University development will offer Higher Education Degrees, Skills, Training, Apprenticeships, Entrepreneurship, and so much more throughout our Work, Earn, Learn, institutional development. Where all will be presented strategically in preparation to be orchestrated throughout this Unprecedented Non-Traditional Industry-Based Vocational Technical College University. A clear creative and enthusiastic alternative path for students and embracing parents judgement, and employers acceptance in developing our Next Generation Workforce throughout our Canadian Culture where our students will be entering. Note: "The Stair Case Waits For Your Ambition".

Quote: A "Fine Wine is not ready before it's time" is a testament to the maturation process required for high-quality structured wines.

"Well Trained Apprentices Within Our High-Quality Structured Institution Will Not Reach Journeyman Status Before Their Time"

"AI" - LinkedIn CEO says these 5 skills can't be replaced by "AI" Curiosity, Courage, Creativity, Compassion, & Communication. Note; I am quite sure the list goes way beyond these 5 examples? Although the Rhetoric Family may say otherwise?

Note: Here is an another example how this new Industry-Based College University can inspire many of the 43 Million Americans who dropped out for one reason or another?

Quote: 43 million Americans dropped out of college for one reason: They had to pay rent?

“When forced to choose between a paycheck and a class, the paycheck wins.” (2026 Lumina-Gallup Report) Apprentices work full-time and attend classes part-time. As knowledge and skills progress, so does pay. By the time they’ve completed their apprenticeship, they’re already earning highly competitive wages. Apprenticeships don’t make people choose.

Earn while you learn. Advance as you grow. Arrive already competitive. No debt spiral. No impossible choice. Just a model that was built around real life.

This is why apprenticeships work: 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. Note; Providing the Gallup Report is Valid?

Apprenticeships work when "Solutions" are created to ensure all paths including apprenticeships are obtained and completed as stated throughout our innovative approach. Without the "Family Tree" expressed earlier. But rather through an ambitious Real World Consortium of strategic campuses and applications that addresses manufacturing, construction, employers, unions, and associations, in areas of concern. Note: Did I mention that we are "Innovative" to the point where an individual can achieve an "Apprentice to Journeyman" in a fraction of the time compared to our tradition process and (Yes, it Including Red Seal Trades). Where the "Unique Part" of this college university requires "NO" Tuition, Student Loans, or Debt. However, it does come with a staircase of expected ambition.

Summary: Decades have passed throughout my passionate efforts in developing this unique institution that addresses "Domestic Canada First". However; "It Now Seems Time To Move On", Where I see 43 million reasons "To Move On"?

Decades from the point of conception, clearly presented an NDA for my protection, supported by many stating the need of a Strong Board of Directors First, where today we can all see why? Evaluations, supporting the fact of a truly remarkable idea that would be of great benefit to the skilled-trades sector and more in our economy, especially in these trying times. Partnership(s) with existing accredited college(s) was also stated years ago, industry partnerships was also stated too, all with no avail. My directive was simple by addressing our 38 Million Domestic Canadians as of 2015 First. Especially, for those who have been "Benched" since 2019, and now with birthdates stemming back to 1985 - 2005 presenting 20 year old's today, up to even 40 year old's if strong and willing, and including all those in between. However, the menu had changed (Politically) and (Drastically) in 2019, where we had an absurd amount of both, international students and "OFF" the charts immigration that continues through to today 2026. We "Had" an Immigration Policy that worked? Also knotting disturbing things like DEI, and the many, many other disturbing shenanigans like Woke etc...? My Thoughts.

NOTE: Education & Skills Development are Choices? Therefore, regardless of this "NEW Alternative" institution or our existing institutions (Private verses Public) or (Union verses Non-Union) the choice of a students education or skills development is ultimately the students choice that benefits them most in the end? The quality of an individuals knowledge (Experience) and skills will speak clearly throughout industry and who their employers may be.

Below and with great thanks to Rebel News for this powerful story of Frank Stronach and where we should be. However? https://youtube.com/watch?v=7IhmbMObouY&si=fhpgwk1OeHwFm-xo

Dear Thomas,

Many Canadians know me as the founder of Magna International. But before Magna became a global company with hundreds of factories and 180,000 employees, it started the same way most businesses do. In a small, rented space. With a few used machines. And a determination to make something work. When I came to Canada as a young immigrant, I had little more than a trade, a work ethic, and the belief that if you were willing to work hard, you could build something here. Back then, Canada rewarded people who took risks and created jobs. If you wanted to start a business, you started one. Today, that spirit is disappearing.

Governments are piling on regulations, paperwork, and taxes that make it harder every year for entrepreneurs to get started or grow. Large corporations can hire teams of lawyers and compliance experts to manage these rules. Small businesses cannot. And when small businesses struggle, the entire country loses the innovation, opportunity, and upward mobility that once made Canada one of the best places in the world to build something meaningful. Small enterprises should have the freedom to grow, innovate, and create jobs without being buried under layers of regulation and taxation before they even have a chance to succeed. This is one of the reasons I helped launch the Canadian Economic Charter of Rights and Responsibilities. The Canadian Economic Charter is a grassroots alliance of workers, entrepreneurs, and citizens who believe Canada should once again be a country where builders can build. Under the Charter’s framework, businesses with fewer than 300 employees should operate with minimal regulation and without business tax, giving entrepreneurs the space they need to grow. At the same time, when companies become large and successful, the prosperity they create should be shared with the employees who helped build it.

That idea is not theoretical. It is the approach I followed when building Magna. When employees share in success, they think like partners rather than just workers. Companies become stronger, more innovative, and more competitive. This kind of system strengthens capitalism instead of weakening it. It spreads opportunity instead of concentrating it. Canada must decide what kind of economy it wants. One dominated by concentrated corporate power — or one where entrepreneurs can build, workers can prosper, and communities can grow.

Together, we can help restore the conditions that made Canada a country of opportunity.

Sincerely,

Frank Stronach

Founder Canadian Economic Charter

P.S. Canada became prosperous because ordinary people had the freedom to build businesses, create jobs, and invest in their communities. The Canadian Economic Charter is working to restore that spirit.

One Last Point That certainly Sounds Good - We see it all the time called the "Ribbon Cutting" that reflects upon one word "Sovereignty" a word we hear quite often lately meaning, reclaiming absolute authority, independence, and self-governance over one's life, body, or nation after it was controlled, influences, or taken by external forces? Thought I would share my thoughts?

Here is another small list of links expressing the needs and concerns of tomorrow?

What I stated on this Link. "Accountability with strong measurable outcomes, that aligns with industry needs". Sounds like something we need?

CEO of Mike Rowe Works Foundation. Mike Rowe joins "Varney & Co. to warn of a skilled labour crisis, highlighting $200K trade jobs without college debt and discuss how "AI" could fuel a blue-collar boom.

Mike Rowe Again - HOT OFF THE PRESS USA & CANADA LISTEN UP?

This Gentleman too, Charlie Kirk also supported Education, Skilled Trades, & Entrepreneurs.

After Promoting and Advocating for Decades? Now, I'm thinking perhaps it's "Time For An Exit Strategy" from Canada maybe to move on where my work may be truly appreciated?

Quote: "The harder truth: unlike a production line, you cannot simply restart a skilled engineer. "We cannot find the people we need — and the people we do find are not staying". Note; Perhaps this institutional development might be of interest. WHY, restart a skilled engineer we need to build them back with a practical foundation.

Interesting about this sector, and not because I reflect upon it personally, but, only that it is the biggest, if not one of the biggest sectors on the planet, the welding industry is huge. The American Welding Society, they too many be of interest in this institutional development?

Challenging issues seems to be happening across the USA? Where an Alternative might be of interest.

So Very Very Interesting?????? And True.

"AWE" the investment, not privileged, and you can't buy a seat, sounds like a Home-Run waiting to happen. The "Opportunity Adjustment" within our alternative college university?

Well now I think we're a little short on "AI" to save the day perhaps something a little more "OI" might work and an institution that reflects it within the foundation.

To little to late some say, but then again one has to know what it means to build from the bottom up? So Sad? Do we even know what ambition is today and what's expected from it?

See what I mean about our "Next Generation Initiatives", nothing domestic here as an example????????

And the acceleration of immigration continues? And from what countries??????????
