An "Adversary For Good" In Education, Skills, Training, & Apprenticeships

8 min read

Hello everyone as stated in our title "adversary for good" reflecting education, skills and training, and career development, creating a "Paradox" meaning a "Positive Disruptive Force", becoming a constructive challenger to our current system? By creating greater stability to stay relevant for the long term. "Indeed" traditional governance shows and has shown adversary as a threat. However, in our rapidly changing world "Alternative Measures" seems to becoming an attraction considering , outdated curriculum, rigid structures, and leaving an unprecedented lack of opportunities for many people. This sets precedence for our alternative institutional development to safeguard our students throughout our unique multi-tier college university. "AWE" the traditional "Board of Govenors", "Acting as a Volunteer" providing high-level strategic direction and finacial oversight not for the day-to-day operations. Interesting, our Private Industry-Based College University Institutional development requires a "Strong Board of Directors" solidifying our accountability and strategic direction along side finacial oversight for both of our "Education and Industry Skills" initiatives. Exciting Times - And Humour Goes A Long Way, In One Big Word - Supercalifrgilisticexpialidocious, for those who don't understand or remember the word, it mean "Extremely Good", "Wonderful", and "Fabulous" and in todays world it means "Resurgence". (A new growth, rise, or revival of an activity, or poularity after a period of being inactive, forgotten, or in decline)?

Recap

“AWE THE SCALE OF THINGS” Industry needs to stop rethinking how to build talent pipelines, and waiting for another 3 decades from our colleges and universities to re-imagine themselves? Yes, we have an aging workforce, hiring costs are a concern, skills gaps are now intentionally challenging. Apprenticeships are and were always a foundational work-based learning process. Cultivating a workforce into a short-term delivery would be an achievement and innovative. Decades wasted trying(?) to create a lifeline of apprenticeship stability, a workforce, and strong economic growth. Many apprenticeship programs require a meaningful employer based model that delivers what’s requested by the employers? Not an easy task, but a direct task, embracing complexity to sustain business realities. Employers need to see a clear pathway beyond the barriers of developing their own apprentices to perhaps sponsoring, and getting what you want, not what shows up? Employers don’t need to see how apprenticeship programs are delivered they just need to know when there available upon request, skilled, and competent to be hired into their realities of running a business. Alleviating the difficulty of developing their own would be a blessing for some and an important shift towards forward thinking. Alternative solutions often depends on something more practical and direct, without imagination but a clear coordinated plan, aligned with creating pipelines of talented “Apprentices through to Journeyman” efficiently. When the initiative is designed around the employers themselves, & creating opportunities for students, than PH. Industrial Incorporated & Phate Vocational Technical College University Development, a New Non-Traditional Private Industry-Based Institution will become a unique ground breaking organizational development in demand. https://lnkd.in/ezFBTUiw

Note: We are not talking concept here we are talking "Real Outcomes" just to be clear. We are, and have been describing factual points toward our modern, ambition-driven paradigm of self-directed mastery in education and the development of industry skilled trades & apprenticeships in a fraction of the time. When you remove traditional institutions, tuition, and debt, education shifts from a passive consumer good to an active, merit-based pursuit. With PH. Industrial Incorporated along side Phate College University our unique business and educational model will begin to transfom, where your physical health, skills, and lifestyle are not separate categories they now become the infrastructure required to sustain a high-level of performance.

In traditional education, money or student debt buys access. (Does It?) In this alternative institution where your accomodations, food, education, skills, training, and experience creates a paycheck to sustain your Earn & Learn which has been stated throughout? And will require some sort of responsability to ensure ones commitment. Because our institutional roadmap is unique, your ability to Earn your Learn, will be your capablity to engage in our day-to-day work-load. Understanding the real world, intern accelerating your employment access with industry upon completion. "Old Story". When we build it, they will come, gaining experience, knowledge, craft, degrees, and the ability to solve and evaluate problems tylor-made for companies before you are hired, by treating our institutional campuses as your classroom.

"Balancing Exercise, Fitness, Health, Food, Skills, Knowledge, Accommodation and Education is the Foundation of a Sustainable High-Quality Life". High-intensity cognitive work requires physical stamina. Building a career without a safety net of institutional credentials creates high psychological pressure. Physical fitness acts as a biological buffer against burnout, regulating cortisol and anxiety. In a traditional setting, food is often treated as a social routine or an afterthought. In our ambition-driven model, nutrition is treated as bio-chemical leverage. To compete both university graduates or craft apprentices require nutrition it's vital for your mind to operate with extreme clarity. This means prioritizing whole foods, stable blood sugar, and clean energy sources to avoid the mid-day slumps that kills self-directed productivity. Nutritional habits directly dictate sleep quality. Because deep sleep is when the brain consolidates newly learned technical skills and information, your diet directly impacts your learning speed. Industry cares about what you can execute today, not what test you passed yesterday. Without a university dorm or student housing, your physical and social environment must be intentionally engineered to support your ambition.

Accommodation should be chosen based on its proximity to industry hubs, mentorship, or co-working spaces filled with practitioners, rather than peers who are just drifting? Keeping living costs ruthlessly low removes the financial pressure to take dead-end jobs. Low rent buys you the time and freedom to work on high-leverage apprenticeships, open-source projects, or speculative work that catches the attention of industry leaders.

This is a return to the historic apprenticeship model, by refusing to take on student loans, you avoid the financial handcuffs that force most graduates to take safe, corporate-ladder jobs just to pay interest. It requires a rare level of self-discipline, but it yields a version of health, mental sharpness, and un-commoditized (unusual, rare, or unique) experience that no university or college can sell you. "So what's your alternative"?

Now the comparing of "Apples, Oranges, and Pears" (Does success come in a fruit bowl)?

"AWE" The Three Amigo's - Military, Corporate Megasite Academies, & Proprietary Union JATCs. Lets elabourate shale we. Ineed a rare setting in the standard civilian sector, this exact blueprint exists in a few specilized areas. "Military" The armed forces offer zero-debt education, paid wages, housing, food, and advanced technical/higher learning, tied to a mandatory service requirement. "Corporate Megasite Academies" Companies like BMW, Siemens, and various aerospace firms run heavly subsudized "Dual Study" programs (Highly popular in Germany) where they pay your tuition and a wage, though food, housing is rarely fully covered. "Proprietary Union JATCs" Some elite Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATCs) offer zero-tuition training and excellent wages, and a higher education degree component which is usually a separate add-on.

Lets now put them all in perspective.

If an entity supports your housing, food, education, and gives you a paycheck, they will require a legally binding, multi-year employment contract upon graduation to recoup their investment. Where leaving early could trigger massive finacial penalties. (or other)?

Because the per-student cost for the provider is incredibly high, the intake interview and probationary periods would be ruthless. Only the top echelon of disciplined applicants would make the cut?

If the funding of industries hit a severe recession, these expensive corporate academies are often the first programs to be downsized, or frozen, leaving apprentices stranded mid-way through thier education?

So in our "Twist Of Phate" as discribed throughout our website being a highly structuered workforce development by eliminating the traditional tuition model, and away from the traditional institutional equation to ours, (Expressed Below), and into our proposed alternative that addresses both the skilled labour shortage and the brewing student debt crisis.

Note: Removing financial barriers means talent is selected purely based on merit and work ethics, that system is known as a pure meritcracy, leaving only demonstrated skills, capacity, and operational discipline. Trainees can focus 100% on their craft and education because their baseline survival needs (food, shelter, income) are entirely secure. Because businesses or industry consortiums will be involved, curriculum adapts instantly to market demands, where we will start to eliminating the skills gap. Integrating advanced academics with manual mastery elavates the social status of skilled trades matching them with white collar degrees.

Military - as pointed out above a definite asset in protecting a Nation and requires their ability to attract. With a "Million" skilled trades as stated and required in the US. and hundreds of throusands in Canada. We will also require another disciplinary style attraction that supports the people, infrastructure, and our economies to build a nation.

Corporate Magasite Academies - these large corporations have a definite need to replenish and maintain their sustained competitiveness. However, where they require heavy subsudization from government to deliver on their "Dual Study" programs, and where many companies don't have that ability. Alternatives now becomes an attraction to many?

"Proprietary Union JATCs" - The attraction here are wages, no tuition, along side some type of higher education degree component that can be added on.

SUMMARY: Addressing North America.

Military we are "NOT" but we do have a citizen "Industry Style Attraction" that supports the people, infrastructure, industry, skills & skilled trades, and education that our economies needing to build our nation. We intend to remove the financial barriers that will become our "Attaction Incentive" for our next generation and industry. Subsidization from government, "NO", however, we will engage in our "Early Stage" with the various levels of funding that may be avalable through government (Tax Payers Money) creating our initiation for (Start-Up). At which point the excelleration begins where the people and industry will see the potential and opportunities. This new Industry-Based Private College, University development is designed explicity around the 38 million up to 2015, and the young Canadians born from 1995 through to 2005 now at a prime age of 21 to 31 a huge attraction for our foundational efforts including our Indegionous peoples across Canada. Our institution will be build upon meritocracy, technical competency, and practical utility. This institution will prioritize direct integration, with core components, structure, and operations throughout our foundational pillars. "Our Challenge" Traditional Colleges & University institutions creates deep partnerships with companies, as we will too for all the right reasons. "Notting" the balance sheet shows the percentages of Union verses Non-Union are; Construction - 31% Union 69% Non-Union - Manufacturing - 22% Union 78% Non-Union, Small Business (Private Sector) 15% Union 85% Non-Union, Public Sector 77% Union 23% Non-Union, Canada's Educational sector 74.5% Union? In 2015 the overall union density was 28.2% union 71.8% non-union.

Note: Interesting, the Bedfellows are the Highest Union affiliation creating the most noise, but Canada's majority requires the greatest helping hand? That shift focuses towards direct corporate integration and measureable economic productivity that will create our ability to "Stand Alone" a step away from traditional institutional curriculum process to a more immediate employment specific cohort.
