TENACIOUS ALTERNATIVE PERSPECTIVE (TAP)

Updated: Sep 7

Hello everyone, lets get right to the point shale we? Our framework for this new institutional development, where our traditional models prioritizes institutional survival, rigid credentials, and top-down governance. Our alternative perspective flips this framework entirely in education, skills, training, apprenticeships and entrepreneurship. Indeed a specialized non-traditional educational model that combines practical trade training and higher learning along side direct industry partnerships, creating fast-track employment and a multitude of other career programs. This type of tenacious appoach has been continuoiosly expressed throughout many article postings being direct. Benefits, we'll actually align with industries needs and will know longer be marginalized? Tradeoffs, our cost structure will be brilliantly and uniquely favorable to industry and our new student cohort leaving behind an "Unprecedented Lack of Partnerships or Interest from Existing Accredited Institutions" here in Canada. Clearly, there will be no confusion in thinking that we will be delivering non-standard credentials or quality, if anything our quality, knowledge, and experience will speak highly throughout our students and industry upon delivery.

Our Goal: Build resilient individuals, not just compliant graduates. Traditional institutions treats education as a supply chain to fill existing market slots. Our alternative perspective stubbornly challenges this, where we view our institution as a dynamic ecosystem that adapts to the human potential, rather than forcing humans to conform to rigid, outdated structures.

ATTENTION: TO OUR POTENTIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

"Traditional educational

models are failing to keep

pace with rapid technolgical

and economic shifts. To

remain relavant, our

institution will adopt a

Tenacious Alternative

Perspective. By transitioning

from time-based degrees to

industry-embedded,

mastery-based micro-

credenctials, where we can

capture a broader market

of life long learners, slash

operational friction, and

directly solve the modern

skills gap. This is not just

a curriculum update: it is

an institutional evolution."

Note: A Board of Directors is crucial taking this project to the next level. Two crucial groups required, those with a background of the inner workings of educational institutions among other things, the administrative functions and curriculum to suit our unique institutional organization. The Board will also add credibility pursuing the financial backing throughout the various levels of government, stakeholders, and investors orchastrating within our 18 month directive bringing forward Phate College University & PH. Industial Incorporated to fruition. Industry will also be one of the key contributors of students to our programs (Nationally) where expertise and partnerships with industry will be invaluable from both a business standpoint and a program development standpoint.

Dynamic, is our business through education & skills development, what's being proposed here is a new fast changing innovative start-up project reflecting a unified framework where our organizational plans, teaches, and grows high-level compendencies required to achieve long term business goals and opportunities to the people that choose to engage. An NDA is the legal contract that stops people from sharing secret ideas with others and opens the interest to many. It also stops partners, employees, or contractors from stealing or leaking your business plans, and secures ownership by proving in court if someone should copy them? It "Maintains Advantage" over the many competitors from knowing what we are building before it launches. Our dynamics will enable us to move fast, to adapt, change, and grow quickly as new information and technology arrives and becomes applicable to our internal operations. Innovation derives from our unique business plan and research that enlightens our ability to attract, entice, and collaborate, bringing together different companies, workers, stakeholders and investors to build something new. Our value comes from it's internal hidden and unreleased knowledge. Note: What's most interesting, surprising, and puzzling is how very few actually engage in an NDA?

"Where's The Innovation?" Why do we remain Leashed to a 60+ year old institutional system, but yet (they) speak of Innovation until Real Innovation becomes a clear competitive concern to them, then it's like a deer in the head lights? When it's not their innovation stimulating their livelyhood? Where our alternative economic growth advantage will inspire the people and industry where there is no comparison. Throughout our cost effecient delivery to students, and industry, where education, skills, training, experience, and entrepreneurship comes together to engage within our direct "Earn your Learn" development, strategically offered throughout our Private Industry-Based Vocational Technical College University development. https://www.phatevocationaltechnicalcollegeuniversity.com

Aligning our "People, Purpose, and Opportunities" creates a strong foundation for meaningful career growth and purposeful business leadership. People, will build our team around individuals who share our core values, strengths, and vision, surrounded with like minded collaborators. Purpose, defines our organizational "WHY" so that profit and success comes with ultimately helping others to succeed. Opportunities, our set of circumstances and time frame deliveries that generates real possible outcomes to achieve something you want or need to do.

My Personal Quote: Canadian Politics today is very troubling reflecting the needs of skills, training, apprenticships, and education, but remain the same where there is no real stability or alternative opportunities for Canadians ability to excell other than their same old institutional rhetoric. Canadians are very tired being the earth beneath the feet of our questionable politics? It seems to be absolute and intentionally led along side all their disruptive ideoligies etc... etc... etc...? Perhaps it's time to cut the cord and become our own Independent Nation (I'm Sure We Have "Matured Enough As A Nation" To Do Such), not leashed, suppressed, or exploited. My Thoughts. Note: How interesting it is that Canada is spending billions to fix the wrong productivity problem, that they intentionally created in the first place? Agree, Canada has brilliant researchers (Not Imported), capable entrepreneurs and world-class institutional investors (for all the right reasons), indeed we are always subsidizing the wrong end of innovation? "Too Bad, So Sad". Perhaps the U.S. may become interested?

However, there's a "real" difference between training skilled trades, & Pre-training them for a career in skilled trades. The first one is the "real deal", the other, becomes a revenue head count? Union training centers are genuine apprenticeship driven with hands-on training with paid employment to become a Journeyman. They accumulate 4 to 5 thousand hours in some cases to finish their Journeyman status through frequent visits back to their training centers where they complete by writing their CofQ and perhaps their Red Seal. If the people and industry are serious about Canada’s skilled-trades shortage, then part of their conversation needs to be looking at all areas in attracting and training our next generation. When nothing changes then “YES” the same old funding investment mechanism (as expressed in an earlier article posting) will be utilized to create and support the same old "BS" revenue driven head count instead of what counts? But when public money is being invested in skilled-trades training, we should be looking and asking where that investment produces the strongest path forward? Because it’s not just about filling a classroom, it’s building upon the next generation of skilled tradesman and many other educational career oriented individuals. Expressed in the links below.

RE-CAPING FROM A VARIOUS OTHER BLOG ARTICLE POSTINGS

  • 2015 - 38 Million Canadians - Our Youths are 20 to 30 Years Of Age - Belonging to 1996–2005 Canadian Birth Cohort - All Identifed as Male & Female at birth which includes Canadian Indigenous, and High School Dropouts Nationwide. Expressing, English Reading, Writing, & Comprehension, alongside Foundational Math - “Our Academic Prerequisites” including our “Demographic & Eligibility Criteria”. Gender Identity, identified strictly as Male or Female at birth - Like all things being “Original” it's important expressing “Men & Women” only. Geographic & Cultural Scope, we'll be open to all Canadian Men & Women only with additional pathways for Canadian Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) individuals from across all provinces and territories.

  • Private Colleges & Universities - fund their operations primarily through student tuition and fees, investment returns from large financial endowments, philanthropic gifts and alumni donations, and targeted grants or research contracts. Unlike public institutions, they receive little to no direct operational funding from state or provincial governments, though they may still compete for public research grants. Core Revenue Sources Tuition and Fees: High out-of-pocket costs paid by domestic and international students form the baseline of day-to-day operating budgets. Endowments and Investments: Privately managed pools of invested financial gifts generate annual interest and dividends that support scholarships, professorships, and facility maintenance. Donations and Philanthropy: Outright gifts, capital campaigns, and legacy bequests from wealthy alumni, families, and private foundations. Research Grants and Contracts: Funding awarded by private corporations, non-profits, or federal/national science agencies for specific scientific or academic studies. Auxiliary Services: Revenue generated from campus housing, meal plans, parking, bookstore sales, and athletic events. Note: Private institutions separate people based on race, social class, or wealth, one will still have to "Earn Their Learn". These groups form to protect cultural traditions a very important part of our foundation of values. Note: Our cultural traditions in Canada creates our own cultural historically imbedded religion, and should be untimatley respected. Being Christian Faith.

  • “Making Factory Jobs Cool Again”? The “Key” word is employment? People in general realize that employment is foundational within a variety of personal reasons that may surround them. Indeed, the enormous Hype around Skilled Trades has been presented and to some extent accepted. Yes, we all need to be active, physically, mentally, financially, and spiritually, embracing our family tree of growth like I said it’s foundational. There is nothing surgically building new factories reflecting upon the old saying “If You Build It They Will Come”. Now, talking about manufacturing is one thing, the costs of college and university has created a whole other conversation around their inflationary costs. Opportunities are once again foundational stimulating the Rhyme and Reason for personal achievement. Manufacturing, Education, Skills & Training are Foundational, and so are Innovative Alternatives in achieving such. My Thoughts

  • “AWE THE SCALE OF THINGS” https://lnkd.in/ezFBTUiw Industry needs to stop rethinking how to build talent pipelines, and waiting for another 3 decades from colleges and universities to re-imagine themselves? Yes, we have an aging workforce, hiring costs are a concern, skills gaps are now intentionally challenging. Apprenticeships are and were always a foundational work-based learning process. Cultivating a workforce into a short-term delivery would be an innovative achievement. Decades wasted trying (?) to create a lifeline of apprenticeship stability, a workforce, and strong economic growth. Many apprenticeship programs require a meaningful employer based model that delivers what’s requested by the employers? Not an easy task, but a direct task, embracing complexity to sustain business realities. Employers need to see a clear pathway beyond the barriers of developing their own apprentices to perhaps sponsoring, and getting what you want, not what shows up? Employers don’t need to see how apprenticeship programs are delivered they just need to know when there available upon request, skilled, and competent to be hired into their realities of running a business. Alleviating the difficulty of developing their own would be a blessing for some and an important shift towards forward thinking. Alternative solutions often depends on something more practical and direct, without imagination but a clear coordinated plan, aligned with creating pipelines of talented “Apprentices through to Journeyman” efficiently. When the initiative is designed around the employers themselves, creating opportunities for students, than PH. Industrial Incorporated & Phate Vocational Technical College University Development, a New Non-Traditional Private Industry-Based Institution will become a unique ground breaking organizational development in demand.

  • What seems to be “Resoundingly Impossible” are the many Educators, Policy Makers,

Investors and even the General Public when being challenged to what’s beneficial to

Canadians by “Adopting a New Paradigm Shift”. Addressing Education, Skills Training,

Apprenticeships, Entrepreneurship, Career Alternatives and so much more. Our traditional institutions are “Definitely” not “Ethics Founded” Nor Can They Instill The Required Work Ethics from our Past, cultivated to address our Present Day Challenges. An Alternative for our Future Needs such as this New Non-Traditional Private Industry Based Vocational Technical College University Development can and will deliver. That being said truly separates our “Foundation of Strengths” from the insanity of today and the “Fictional Rhetoric Displayed”.

  • We set forth this business idealism in the form of two separate entities. Phate an all encompassing Private Non-Traditional Vocational Technical College University Development along side PH. Industrial Incorporated. Where "Innovation requires a strong foundation that opens the mind, embraces the experience of the real, and offers the opportunities that entices the drive of ambition to succeed".

  • Talk is cheap “Typical” Original Intelligence Understands That? Rhetoric has run Rampant for Decades (Compromise) and has become Grossly Profusive. “Everything today seems to be “Tech This & Tech That” "Artificial" This And "Artificial" That? “BUT”, the core of our societies infrastructure states that Shortages Of Blue Collar Workers & Skilled Trades have become a Paramount of concern. And where in many cases Non-Tradesman & Academia Specialists (Know-all and Know-nothing of what's required to be a Tradesman? But don't worry "AI" won't save you. However, with Manufacturing on the rebound, truly "An Understated Requirement". Where people require more than Traditional Piecemeal Institutions full of illusions & debt with little experience? Where "Alternatives" do exist, and starts with a clear understanding of the "Opportunities Being Presented". Then the choice that reflects the interest of each individual "Canadian or America". Creating a solution that amplifies the ambition required to succeed "IN REAL TIME DELIVERY". I believe we have expressed it in simple terms meaning "NO HOLDS BARRED". And hypothetically with "NO LIMP" deficiencies creating weak ineffective skills training where your either "In It, Or Your Not" from Apprentice to Journeyman. "Work, Earn, Learn" - "Get In, Get Out, Get On With Your Life"?

  • However, the "Memory Of Understanding"(MOU) is not lost with the "Memory of Opportunities" (MOO) addressing the driving force behind the "Return On Investment" (ROI) meaning the "Return Of Intelligence" (ROI) so here we have MOU = MOO = ROI = RO-Intelligence. We're openly looking to inspire OEMs in Memory of the late "Ives Landry" from the Automotive Sector, to create Strategic Partnerships in developing (Tier 1 supplier agreements) that values meaningful support from and for the Auto Sector, alongside this new institutional development creating the "Return Of Intelligence" for all.
