Manufacturing - Results Focused Pathways, Through A Non-Traditionally Orchestrated Alternative.

Hello everyone I would like to start this article with a clear understanding. “There is “NO” other Company or College development that exists today with Parents and Students Success in mind offering No Tuition, No Student Loans, Now Debt? The ability to scale along side advanced systems for “People, Product, & Profession” depends upon creating a like minded “Board of Directors” that clearly embraces, evaluates, and implements the capacity and magnitude of our intent. Applied to all physical and human factors such as factories, energy, skilled labor, supply chains, education, and deployment capacity that attracts Advanced Manufacturing, Delivering Education, Developing Skills & Training, and more. Scaling our long-term potential will continue to advance alongside technology regardless of political cycles. What determines our ability to scale successfully will derive from our ability to manage capital, policy, and where location strategies remain aligned and new ones established. Over the next few years, the most successful projects are likely to come from companies that combine “Process Innovation”. Thoughtful site selections are strategic where people across the nation can engage within and support this exciting Alternative. The future of industry such as (Manufacturing) are no longer hypothetical, stating they're being built as we speak in strategic places that understand how innovation moves from concept to commercial reality presented in this link? https://www.phatevocationaltechnicalcollegeuniversity.com/post/pioneering-a-prestige-highly-respectable-educational-skills-training-college-university-developmen

Yesterday, always speaks of examples such as these two paragraphs which were posted in an earlier article posting reflecting North America. Note: Do you think there is something missing in these examples stated below?

“U.S. Engineers need hands-on training: GM/ U.S. auto makers could streamline their design process if American engineers were trained more like their Asian and European counter parts. We are actually training our engineers to be managers while the rest of the world trains them to be doers.” General Motors executive Bob Lutz said Asian and European engineers are trained in drafting and can draw a new design on the spot when they run into problems. U.S. engineers often need to call in designers to do the drawing and may take weeks to figure out a solution. He said. GM has been trying to combat the problem with a three year old program that trains engineers, including some in the middle of their careers, to do their own drafting. We can no longer afford to do engineering and design several times over around the world (Globe and Mail, April 14, 2005). Note: I hope they managed to correct the problem and I wonder how many other companies have a similar problem?

Now, lets talk about engineers with all that is being asked here, at one time it was a prerequisite to have a Journeyman back ground prior to entering into the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering which the curriculum still remains dormant within their archives. Obviously you would think Universities would call that Critical Thought? However, Engineering, a 4 year engineering internship after graduation with a Bachelors Degree, followed by 4 more years mentored by a professional engineer and mandatory for PEO to grant a license, consequently many new graduates never get licensed because they can't find a suitable job with a professional engineer as a mentor, because the employers are not forced to participate? Another approach that can be resolved for Canadians within this New Industry-Based Private College University development.

So, does technology rule what benefits them only? Huge labour shortages in construction, & manufacturing reflect many other skills benefits. Interesting how these big guys, Black Rock $100 million, Meta Facebook $115 million, & Google $50 million all are so very interested in the electrical side (mostly) of skilled trades being narrowly focused of course upon “AI” for their Data Center interest? Where Manufacturing embraces a long list of skilled trades? Funny, over 3 decades billion$ spent throughout our Colleges and University institutions proclaiming to help develop skilled trades etc..., but really didn’t apply any real knowledge based concerns towards skilled trades but "NOW", “DATA CENTERS” shed a whole new light upon the skilled trades "How Interesting Is That"? I guess “Influence$” creates attention? However, talking to a well seasoned “IT” person who see’s both perspectives stating how “AI” can be “Helpful” and at the same time be very “Dangerous”? Note; I can only reflect upon the info I receive, as for myself, I’m from the realm of skilled trades and manufacturing and know very little of the “Techy” world. However, only upon their “Completion” will we realize the takeaways from “AI” & Data Centers" such as “Control Beyond Comprehension Perhaps”? My Thoughts.

Foundational skills still applies and are required such as Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, Judgment, Knowledge, and Innovation etc... However, developing workplace skills & training processes alongside meaningful education delivered throughout our “Alternative” approach becomes uniquely innovative. STEM skills state they are impacting innovation, productivity and growth. Can’t imagine being “Two STEMS” from the same branch creating innovation, opportunities, productivity, skilled trades apprenticeships through to journeyman, all throughout our educationally focused system. Within our STEM programs meaning Skills Training, Education & Manufacturing where we intend to alleviate the recruitment challenges for many employers and to engage within our, job-ready skills for each student, aligned within our earlier posting called “AWE The Scale Of Things” expressed in this link https://lnkd.in/ezFBTUiw for a future-ready workforce. Interesting, how in just 18 months we can & could be well on our way in developing our first 500 students in a fraction of the time as expressed in our directive? The Real world isn’t hard to motivate, it becomes a choice “You Pay Them” - “Or We Pay You” while you are “Working & Earning your Learning” gaining experience not found in any traditional institution. Yes, “Structured Study Skills” Yes, Our Financial Case Is Straightforward combining Profitability alongside a Not-For-Profit structure. Our internal infrastructure will have the stability to whether any turbulence because we are "NOT - Tuition-Dependent” we are ambitious people dependent.

Note; My thought upon a list of links below?

Across all of North America - Demand for skilled talent increases, workforce development and upskilling will play a key role in long-term economic growth.

"What does it take to build a strong manufacturing economy? Note; I would assume you need to require an interest First. Then acquire about the details that support a strong manufacturing base?

!960, how interesting, the same time frame I posted in our first article called "North America Un-Leashed"?????

Well, I can't say that I'm not all for that.

AWE, The 3 Amigos, Yes indeed something is missing?

College, University, Skilled Trades, Unions, Apprenticeships, Trade Schools, and Employers. Awe, the collage of opportunities? "AND THEN THEIR IS PHATE"? A choice with a Distinct Difference. By choosing your Phate (Fate) wisely.

Advanced this, and Advanced that? Advanced skills, education, training, requires Advanced Processing, Advancing your thoughts?

Navigating Complexity, Engaging in Disruption, "AWE" yes, defining a distinctive institutional position and aligning investments around it. Well now the institution has arrived, we are distinctive waiting to bath in the investment traditional institutions did for decades?

AWE, the "Manufacturing Lab" old school news, we will surpass earlier numbers, nothing small in our house.

This is a welcomed thought, the "Rhyme" is back "Reading Writing, and Arithmetic"

Not bad I guess, only took 3 Decades of "BS"?

Ya well, we will wait and see what actually come into play? What supports the North requires Support as well?

Ultimately all results will not be promises kept, but solidified outcomes, barriers removed will acknowledge our "No Holds Barred Approach" delivered with trust comes maintained ambition.

I like the "WHY" behind the work, earn, learn, skills, education, skilled trades, degrees, engineering, training, and the connection of all obtained uniquely within.
