Hello everyone, "Lets Shake The Tree Shale We" by starting with our Title "Simple Unprecedented" I believe I mentioned something Unprecedented in my last article posting stating, “There is “NO” other Company or College development that exists today with Parents and Students Success in mind offering No Tuition, No Student Loans, No Debt? Describing something that has never happened, been done, or existed before. It highlights a situation, event, or an innovative "Scale To Action" that is completely new and without prior example; creating and improving upon workforce development.
Note; Scale and Magnitude, often used to describe something remarkable in size. So, "Go Big Or Stay Home They Say". Next in the Title I had mentioned a "Tint of Blue" by all means the "White Color & Blue Color Workers Together Gives You A Tint of Blue When Mixed". I do have to laugh how many will jump on a simple expression? So, here we are again reaching out to inspire a "Nation or Two" upon this new "Unprecedented, Scale to Action Institutional Development", that addresses both the Blue Color and White Color Workers sharing the same Hallways & Aisleways developing their knowledge and skills throughout our self-sustaining institution creating self-sufficiency students requiring them to managing both your academics/skills and your finances. Genuine, comes to mind bringing forward something Real and Authentic addressing the public with an Alternative approach, displaying and expressing exactly what we are (Intending) sincerely, honestly, and un-hypothetical.
Note; I believe I stated 5 articles ago briefly touching upon "If You Don't Know Ask". So, here we go again asking and got the answer?
Are Today's Colleges & Universities Unprecedented. - Yes Indeed, today's colleges and universities are unprecedented due to an extreme convergence of financial instability, technological disruption, and ideological shifts. While higher education has historically survived significant economic and societal shifts, several factors currently make the modern university landscape entirely distinct? Note; Lets elaborate a little on this starting with Convergence, the process of two or more distinct entities, ideas, or pathways coming together to unite, merge, or become more similar. The concept applies across a wide variety of disciplines.
Financial Stability, refers to a condition where the financial system, comprising banks, markets, and regulators, can facilitate resource allocation, price risks accurately, and absorb economic shocks without systemic crisis.
Technological Disruption, the process where a "new fundamentally innovation" alters established industries, markets, and consumer habits. Rather than just being an incremental improvement, it introduces superior value, creates new business models (entrepreneurship), and often renders legacy products or older "Traditional" companies obsolete.
Ideological Shift, is a fundamental transformation in the core beliefs, values, and principles that guide an "individual", political party, or "entire society". It alters how people interpret the world, influencing policy decisions, voting behaviors, and cultural norms.
Note; I do like the part about (Two or more distinct entities) being entirely "Distinct & Unprecedented" fits very well into our Two Entities and the competitive world.

What's the purpose of research from our Colleges & Universities? - The core purpose of research at colleges and universities is to drive human progress by expanding the boundaries of knowledge, solving complex social problems, and training the next generation of critical thinkers.
Note; We too will become very researched and core based, driving progress, expanding knowledge boundaries, solving complex social problems, creating opportunities and training for our next generation of critical thinkers. "Being Unprecedented Fits Like A Glove".
Economics - Colleges and Universities serve as fundamental drivers of economic growth by supplying a skilled talent pipeline, conducting commercial research, and acting as massive, employment-generating enterprises that attract local and international investment. Commercial Research - the process of translating innovative findings into marketing products, answering specific business questions, or funding investigations to determine operational viability. Focused on market demand, return on investment (ROI), and strict time lines.
Massive Employment-Generating Enterprises - they generate large-scale organizations, or public institutions that directly hire tens of thousands of workers while indirectly supporting vast supply chain networks.
Note; Okay so we too will be generating a Large-Scale Organization "Calling It Advanced Manufacturing, Education, Skills Training". Didn't I mention Advanced Manufacturing in my last article? So lets "Pump-Up The JAM" hypothetically and energetically in creating an invitation (Not to the dance floor) but to the "SHOP" floor.
What Do Colleges And Universities Actually Stand For. - Colleges and universities stand for the advancement of human knowledge, skill development, and critical thinking. Their core missions include: Academic Excellence: Expanding understanding through research and teaching students how to think rather than what to think. Career Readiness: Preparing individuals for specific professions and leadership roles. Civic Engagement: Fostering a diverse community where differing viewpoints can be safely debated and exchanged.
Advanced Human Knowledge - the cumulative, interdisciplinary journey propelled by innate curiosity, empirical observation, and iterative communication. It translates ideas into practical progress, continuously reshaping society and our understanding of reality.
Academic Excellence - the demonstration of superior performance, continuous improvement, and deep intellectual engagement in scholarly pursuits.
Skills Development - the process of identifying, learning, and upgrading the technical and professional abilities required to perform effectively in a career or vocation. It encompasses both "hard skills" (job-specific technical intelligence and communication) to maintain professional relevance.
Critical Thinking - the objective analysis and evaluation of an issue to perform a well-reasoned judgement. Involving identifying biases, weighting evidence, recognizing logical fallacies, and questioning assumptions rather than simple accepting information at face value.
Note; Sounds quite viable for this new Unprecedented Institutional Development addressing "advancement of human knowledge, skill development, and critical thinking".

Historically and Culturally, - Canada "Relies" on a "Publicly Funded Model" for higher education rather than the "Private University Models" seen in the United States. While not literally "never," the development of "Large-Scale, Private, For-Profit Universities" as "Direct Competitors" is "highly improbable" due to strict regulations, historical precedent, and public funding.
Note: However, a Large-Scale, Private "Not-For-Profit" College University, becoming a Direct Competitor is "OKAY" than correct??????? "Just A Slight Twist Of (Fate) For Phate"?
Provincial Monopolies - Education is a provincial responsibility in Canada, and provincial governments have consistently established and "Protected Public Monopolies" over degree-granting institutions. Private entities struggle to obtain the legislative approval required to grant recognized degrees and compete.
Note; Would the Monopolies get slightly agitated with our "Not-For-Profit" approach for our Degree-Granting Skills & Training College University?
Degree Granting - Many Canadian colleges now offer four-year applied bachelor's degrees, directly competing with traditional universities for undergraduate enrollment, such as Sheridan and George Brown College in Ontario.
Limited Private Sector - The few private universities that do exist are almost exclusively small, religiously affiliated institutions (such as Trinity Western University British Columbia or Redeemer University in Ontario) rather than large corporate competitors.
Funding & Prestige - Because "Public Universities are Subsidized" by provincial governments, "Private Institutions Struggle" to compete on tuition costs, research funding, and prestige. Canadian Public Universities have "Dominant" brand recognition and wide spread trust.
Note; So, with Public Institutions being Subsidized Solidifying Their "Dominant Historic Monopolized Prestige"? Therefore, alternatively and uniquely Subsidizing our "Prestige Private College University Development" will also inspire Canadians with our brand and wide spread trust. Where we too can indulge delivering Higher & Lower Education, Skills & Training, considering such high demands for all 3 today. Addressing the high costs of everything pushed upon Canadians (Among Other Things) the demands for skills development, skilled trades, and Manufacturing, we too can participate within and outside the party of Monopolization? Only we will address Canadians First? "Not Thy Self"? Does that sound like something Canadians would consider as an Alternative? "Building a Nation" is the proper term being expressed here?
Accreditation Hurdles - "Private Career Colleges can Legally Operate", "but", they are heavily regulated and typically cannot grant recognized university degrees or academic credentials. Those that try face enormous resistance from regulatory bodies and the existing public university systems.
Note; Okay, so our Private Career College can't "BUT" our Private College/University can be Recognized to apply University Degrees or Credentials that will apply throughout our Private College University Development that will actually inspire and create additional benefits for Canadians? "Clearly" I will need a "Strong & Powerful Board of Directors" However, understanding the "Caliber" of requirements alongside our proposed level of excellence, quality, academic standard of a student, professor, or institution describing our prestige, rigor, and overall educational worth? "WELCOME TO THE RESISTANCE" I always liked a good challenge especially when it benefits Canadians First and our national growth.
In business and economics, the direct antonym of a monopoly (one seller, many buyers) is a monopsony (one buyer, many sellers). In general markets, the opposite is competition or Free Market where there are many buyers and sellers. Note; The relationship between these two concepts is actually the opposite: The Corruption Formula; In political science and economics, renowned scholar Robert Klitgaard popularized the famous formula: Corruption = Monopoly + Discretion - Accountability. What this means: When an entity has a monopoly and the discretion to make unilateral decisions, a lack of accountability is what breeds corruption. Therefore, rather than being opposites, a monopoly and the lack of accountability often work together to create environments where corruption and exploitation thrive.
The authority to develop curriculum in private post-secondary institutions is shared between faculty subject-matter experts, institutional governance boards, and provincial or territorial ministries, "depending on whether the institution is authorized to grant degrees or offers vocational diplomas". Because the process depends heavily on your "Location" and the specific type of "Institution", the authority is divided into distinct jurisdictions: Private Degree-Granting Universities & Colleges - Curriculum Development: The Academic Senate (or faculty council) within the university is responsible for researching, drafting, and designing the curriculum, Institutional Approval: The Board of Governors must review and approve the academic and "Financial Viability of the Curriculum", Government Oversight: In provinces like Ontario, private organizations must apply for Ministerial Consent. The curriculum is strictly evaluated by quality assurance boards, such as the Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB) or the Campus Alberta Quality Council (CAQC), to ensure it meets provincial degree standards.
Private Career Colleges (Non-Degree) - Curriculum Development: The curriculum is drafted by the private college's administration, often incorporating input from "industry professionals" and subject matter experts to guarantee it meets labour market needs, Government Oversight: Private career colleges do not have self-governing authority. The curriculum and course outcomes must be formally approved by the provincial regulatory body—such as the "Superintendent of Career Colleges" in Ontario—before it can be legally offered to students.
The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) has the sole authority to approve and designate an organization as an apprenticeship Training Delivery Agent (TDA), Who Can Apply - Recognized training institutions in Ontario are eligible to apply, specifically: Public educational institutions: Colleges and universities recognized by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. Union/Non-Profit Training Centers: Organizations with proven experience delivering trade training. Career Colleges: Registered private career colleges under the Ontario Career Colleges Act.
Application Process
Interested institutions must go through a formal approval process: Consultation: Applicants must notify existing TDAs that currently offer the requested program. Review: The MLITSD evaluates the applicant based on instructional capacity, curriculum compliance, and the ability to accommodate special needs learners. Approval: If approved, the institution is officially designated as a TDA, enabling them to offer the required in-class technical components for apprentices.
Related Governing Bodies
While the MLITSD is the approving authority, Skilled Trades Ontario (STO) sets the curriculum standards and oversees trades certification and examinations for apprentices, to become a TDA.
Note; Here we have two examples of our Monopolized System?
GLOBE & MAIL / HARRIS GIVES UNIVERSITIES ANOTHER TEST – FAVORS WERE ALSO GRANTED TO UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES THAT COMBINED FORCES BY ESTABLISHING JOINT DEGREES – Diplomas that heavily emphasized market competitive skills. The premier is committed to introducing private universities to Ontario. The board that will examine applications for charters is slated to begin its work before the end of the year. By 2002 or 2003 the first private universities will have arrived and the competition for students will be fierce. And where is all this fierce Competition? Note; However, this New Institutional development has the ability to create the fierce anticipated competition required in support of the Canadian people. Where both the Blue Color & White Color workers will walk the Hallways and Aisle-ways together.
GLOBE & MAIL AUG. 26/2003 – UNIVERSITIES IN PERIL OF RUNNING AGROUND – Tricky business, some schools are in better financial shape than others, in large part because of difference in levels of provincial support. The biggest challenge for Canada’s Universities however is stopping the deterioration and perhaps improving the quality of undergraduate education. No, the universities are grappling with a huge backlog of deferred maintenance (even while they construct new buildings), growing class sized and a series of pressures that emphasize faulty research over teaching, especially to undergraduates. But there has been multibillion dollar investment by the Federal Government in university research. The universities main challenge lies with the undergraduates. They’re paying more for their education in most provinces, but universities would be hard-pressed to argue possibly that students are getting more for there money. Funding budget the lifeline of university financing, hasn’t kept pace with the cost of university education. Research can help but doesn’t drive excellence in undergraduate teaching. "A selected handful of Canadian universities have thought privately how to escape the tyranny of low base-budget increases from government by imagining them selves as a “fully private institutions” such as exist in the United States. Those who have toyed with the idea have all breaking away from the other universities and from Provincial Governments". So the universities are stuck. They have persuaded some provinces to allow graduate and professional fees to rise. But these measures cannon make-up for limited base-budget increases, fee freezes, and governments, to be stuck. The worry about access, which includes them to keep fee increases down. More important, the health-care is rising faster than any other component. Health care is literally squeezing every other government-financed program. More voters worry about health care than universities. With universities and governments both stuck, something has to suffer. But in a depressing number of cases-is the quality of under-graduates education.
Industry Supply Chain Partnerships - "WELCOME TO THE RESISTANCE"
Supply Chain - the overarching end-to-end network of organizations, facilities, and processes. It encompasses every step requires to get the product out the door. Supply Chain Partnership - the strategic, cooperative relationships built between specific networks. Deliberate long term alliances, aligning manufacturing goals through a logistics provider, designed share, boost efficiency, and increase visibility.
Institutional Culture, or organizational culture, refers to the shared values, beliefs, attitudes, and unwritten rules that dictate how people behave and interact within an organization. It acts as the "DNA" of a group, determining how decisions are made, workflows are structured, and challenges are handled.
Note; Welcome to our new Organizational Culture with a Purpose.
The Purpose of Men's Creative Mind, is to generate novel solutions, process emotions, and shape the future. Driven often by natural curiosity and desire for purpose.
I Like This - For a large scale, multi-manufacturing facility, Texas frequently ranks as the most attractive state. It offers a massive geographic footprint, a business-friendly environment with no state income tax, robust utility infrastructure, and highly active incentive programs for job creation. Very Interesting?

Don't Worry the government has our back "Right"? "Really"? "Good Question"?
It's navigating one of the biggest workforce transitions manufacturing has faced in decades. "We have the work. We just need the people." Career Pathways, Attract Younger Workers,
