Hello everyone, Workforce & Education, Canada needs an additional “Alternative”, attraction alongside our traditional colleges, universities and independent training providers, with a more direct accelerated approach to the very heart of economic growth. Where education, skilled trades and a variety of other career initiatives are developed within a foundation of a “REAL” environment, embracing productivity concerns and producing the opportunities and skills development that students and employers in our society actually needs. We’re taking College, University, Employer-Led Skills & Education to a whole new level of opportunities. Labour market evidence reflects the needs of the people, and the requirements industry states that are becoming critical. By creating an "Unprecedented Alternative Provider" “Meaning This New Private Industry-Based College University Institutional Development”. Where we crush the term demonstrated learning programs, by embracing real employment demands, student priorities, and future workforce needs. Where delivery reflects upon industry involvement, being transmitted from past practice that seemed to have been deliberately diluted over time. Thus, creating a new debut of public interest. Our curriculum will be applied upon historical insight (work, earn, learn), employer requirements, and a clear understanding of what’s demanded from both student and industry. Intentionally designed curriculum to create a more employable Cohort that delivers measurable impact and "Stability". The future of work, earn, learn always had a foundational pathway. Know need to rethink, refine, proofing curriculum, our system provides powerful opportunities to inspire many students and enhance industry involvement completely refueling our once dynamic and resilient economies.

Talk is cheap “Typical” Original Intelligence Understands That? Rhetoric has run Rampant for Decades (Compromise) and has become Grossly Profusive. “Everything today seems to be “Tech This & Tech That” "Artificial" This And "Artificial" That? “BUT”, the core of our societies infrastructure states that Shortages Of Blue Collar Workers & Skilled Trades have become a Paramount of concern. And where in many cases Non-Tradesman & Academia Specialists (Know-all and Know-nothing of what's required to be a Tradesman? But don't worry "AI" won't save you. However, with Manufacturing on the rebound, truly "An Understated Requirement". Where people require more than Traditional Piecemeal Institutions full of illusions & debt and little experience? Where "Alternatives" do exist, and starts with a clear understanding of the "Opportunities Being Presented". Then the

choice that reflects the interest of each individual "Canadian or America". Creating a solution that amplifies the ambition required to succeed "IN REAL TIME DELIVERY". I believe we have expressed it in simple terms meaning "NO HOLDS BARRED". And hypothetically with "NO LIMP" deficiencies creating weak ineffective skills training where your either "In It Or Your Not" from Apprentice to Journeyman. "Work, Earn, Learn"& "Get In, Get Out, Get On With Your Life"?
The upcoming skilled labor shortage, it's here? "Unless" we do something to change our educational and skills training system, the worse is yet to come? We desperately need to bring back industry quicker from the decades of compromised outsourcing. A complete head start for today's youth is required. The world of Tech doesn't inspire everyone and frustrates many (Like having to take French class in school, "encroachment" I believe it's called). At one point many things were taught before we got out high school. On the job these days, critical thinking, and common sense have all but disappeared? Farm kids learn how to work and repair things from an early age because of necessity. Trades people and labor are now more important than ever. If you don't think so? Who do you call to fix personal house amenities and functionalities like plumbing, heat, hydro etc... and the list goes on and on. Do you want to call somebody who can't read a measuring tape, piecemeal trained and educated with zero to no work ethics? Seems pretty dam clear to me?
Note: I expressed this in an earlier blog article stating the "Memory of Understanding" (MOU) is not lost with the "Memory Of Opportunities" (MOO), addressing the driving force behind the "Return On Investment" (ROI) meaning the "Return Of Intelligence" (ROI) so here we have MOU = MOO = ROI = RO-Intelligence. Enthusiastic Innovation - Represents a passionate, high-energy, and proactive approach to creating, improving, and implementing new ideal, products, or processes.

This has everything to do with opportunity, in an early staged environment of instillment? It’s how work and knowledge is designed? I Agree, if this were simply about pay, these roles would be flooded with applicants. Labor markets respond to risk, cost, and early-career reality. High-End figures truly are exceptional and not the norm. Becoming elite requires years of training, or an “Instilled” process influenced early in a system that supports a structured, realistic, and iterative approach to attaining one’s goals and interests. Change, Choice, and Opportunities all reflect our “Alternative” system that embraces various entry areas of career concerns and demands, such as high upfront investment (Tools), unstable early earnings, physical wear before pay stabilizes. These same pattern applies to nursing, teaching, manufacturing, strong demand, strong top-end pay, and weak pipelines.
Interesting? Where can we fit this in?
Hope their is some funding left for this development designed in the best interest for Canadians to achieve success???????
AWE, Laurentian University, I can't understand them having troubles. Especially, when they are the "ELITE FRENCH" university that conveniently filed for Chapter #11 Bankruptcy Protection and shortly after exiting from that our "French Government" Leadership tied off the loophole so no other college or university could achieve such?
Now we're talking, Gentleman start your engines and leave your extension cords at home. "No Plug & Play Here"
Canadians have been deliberately "Benched" for a decade because of the deliberate Infestation of International Students, Immigration & Refugees, time for our "Benched" Canadians born from 1995 to 2005 who are now 20 & 30 year old's, plus those who also dropped out of school for many reasons might be interested in this institutional development just stating this alone can become a whole new Cohort worth embracing?
"O" NO", not more cut backs what happened to the "STAR SHIP" College? As I stated in another article don't worry maybe "AI" will save you.
Interesting, industry investment has its benefits maybe it's for all the right reasons.

That's an unfortunate on and off concern, certainly will not apply to any student at this new College University Development.
It was a Historically Compromising Initiative against Canadians that were deliberately "Benched" sitting "Outside Looking In"
This one is disturbing from all the "BS" hype?
