Clearly: Since the 1980s through to 2015 where things really accelerated and Canadians began being "Benched" knowingly that they are our “Hidden Gem "First" All 38 Million” long before any of the intentionally placed international students, and the extremely "Ludacris" immigration agenda. Indeed, there were very few countries at one time to my knowledge in the world that actually & intentionally “BENCHED” their own citizens from developing their potential to be educated, skill trained, as it's being orchestrated here in Canada. Developing Canadians strategically within a very unique Private College University as expressed in the link below. Stakeholders, Investment(s), Partnerships, are required in our pathway reflecting what matters in financial capacity and business viability. Distinction: Financial capacity focuses on immediate, tangible financial recourses and debt-paying ability, while business validity is broader, "Evaluating" whether the business model itself is sound and sustainable. This is where "I Put My Shout Out To Investors, Stakeholders, & Partnerships" or do you all need permission from (?) "Rhetoric" seems to be the Largest Sector on the planet these days full of "BS"? My Thoughts. "Rhetoric Follies" Refers to the foolish, insincere, or absurd use of language, often in politics or public discourse, that is designed to persuade or impress but lacks substance, honesty, or logical evidence. Billion & Billions $$ Was Spent Are We Their Yet?????



"AWE" The Preemptive Move

Yes, in business, a properly executed preemptive move is a powerful strategic action designed specifically to disrupt competitors' plans, often creating fear, uncertainty, and hesitation. By acting "First" such as launching a new product, securing exclusive distribution, or expanding capacity before rivals where a firm creates a "first-mover advantage" that is difficult for competitors to dislodge.

A pre-emptive move, such as a "foothold" in a new market, makes it difficult for rivals to predict the next move, creating uncertainty.

In business, a preemptive move is a powerful offensive maneuver designed to attack a competitor's intentions before they have even acted. While its primary goal is to secure a "sustainable competitive advantage", its psychological impact on competitors is significant and often rooted in fear and uncertainty.


NOTE: There is “No Other” existing company, college, or university development offering this type opportunity to the people as we intend to do in our “Real” World Class Industry Based Vocational Technical College University Development that includes Higher Education throughout this Alternative Development. Note: My Personal Comment. Being a Tradesman, I find myself curious when what's being presented here hasn't stimulated greater interest in Canada? Question: Are all the shoe laces tied to Ottawa & Queens Park? Does Industry Require Permission when greater resources in achieving the skills and educational requirements that reflect the growth of your businesses? Interesting, And what about my fellow Trades Unions, considering I have worked along side many different Tradesmen, and young people I have met stating that they would be more than willing to engage in such a vigorous program.


YES, the Year Is "2005" They must be Fortune Tellers? Today we are seeing a great push for "AI" but the comment below show us a "Greater Strength Behind "OI" Original Intelligence after all the "Liberal Fortune Tellers" were "Bang On"? Started in 2015 My Thoughts.

Okay, we certainly know how fast ??? Covid ramped up? Look at how fast "AI" ??? is now ramping up faster than Covid did? "If it sounds to good to be true, it's usually not"?

Fortune just reported the construction industry needs 500,000 new workers by 2027. The pipeline is broken. Meanwhile, we've got kids graduating with $80K+ in student debt and no job prospects and AI is taking over white collar educated jobs. "Nothing is Broken"? Depends upon what stands in the way of delivery?


3+ decades of (Manufacturing Outsourcing) talking about shortages of workers across both manufacturing and construction. “AWE” the serious societal, economic, and political uncertainty. "OI" (Original Intelligence) has always been the game plan. A clear stimulation of what makes “LIVING IN AMERICA” great would be none other than "James Brown" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5BL4RNFr58 So, the technology behind Atlas 3 Robots if anything should stimulate peoples interest being "Unemployed Forever"? The aging out workforce (Intentionally?) has been an interestingly planned process. Outsource Manufacturing for decades, windows95 arrives and consumes the people minds with trinkets, apps, phones, games, only to mention few things but has integrated heavily into just about everything and now. "AI" The Do All & Be ALL"? "BS" My Thoughts.


Ontario colleges have cut $1.4 billion in costs, suspended more than 600 programs, and eliminated more than 8,000 staff positions in recent years in a bid to stay afloat. The province, for its part, has lifted a seven-year tuition freeze and pledged a multi-billion-dollar funding boost, acknowledging severe financial strain. Amazing how the gouging of students leads to being in debt, loans, high tuition, lets not forget food, accommodations etc... So? What's Their Alternative, or is it the love of being gouged so much? Parents too, I guess they to like to be gouged as well?


There is no shortage of blame to go around. But the college presidents who betrayed the mission of their institutions, and the public trust, should be the first held to account? Sounds like we need something new and more beneficial to our "Benched" Canadians.


"AWE" The Plan From 2015 or earlier if you were connecting the DOTS? Unfortunately you weren't a French Institution like Laurentian University?


And to think the world is coming to an end "Electrical here Electrical there Everything is Electrical" is that it, "Pack It Up Everyone" no other skilled trades are required?

The Marry-Go-Round is back in schools that once was. And then what? They will need something that keeps the ambition going out side of traditional avenues. My thoughts


No disrespect Doug, your basket weaving seemed to have worked well for you? Get creative about how students engage with industry? To engage students is an Understatement we have that covered from end to end. Explore applied labs and bootcamps outside the classroom? No bootcamps or labs required students just need to know exactly what will be expected of then from point of entry through to completion. Co-op must evolve? The term REAL terminates anything related to CO-OP and will not be applied to this institutional development.


"WHY" New Entrants would that be the Gross Immigration we are seeing? We need to be addressing the 38 Million Canadians as of 2015 that were "Benched". What does education look like when it truly prepares students for the world ahead? It looks like this link below.

An aging workforce is a major driver: about 700,000 skilled trades workers are projected to retire between 2019 and 2028, creating a significant gap that must be filled by new entrants.


Indeed, Canada needs Choice, Flexibility, and Investment to Build It's Workforce? Interesting isn't it? Here's an opportunity for such an effort to build?
