Hello everyone and a Happy New Year to you all. So here we are in 2026 and like many of us we do like a good Challenge? My continued challenge to date is stated below in "My Opposition". So here we go
presenting this new self-sustaining institutional development for all "Canadians across all Provinces and for all of North America". What would this look like? Well - "A self-sustaining business is one that generates enough consistent revenue to cover all its costs and grow, without requiring the owner's constant, hands-on involvement for daily operations, allowing it to function and thrive independently through our internal systems, our capable team(s), efficient processes" and ambitious Canadians. Note: Indeed, we will require early stage help through stimulated funding (For All The Right Reasons) and what does this mean? "Stimulating funding refers to government or central actions (fiscal/monetary policies like tax cuts, spending, or lower rates) designed to inject money and boost economic activity, encouraging spending and investment to combat recessions, create jobs, and spur growth by increasing demand for goods and services. It's about kick-starting and creating greater opportunities for Canadians and industry.
Delivering us of course from our intentionally compromised fabricated & sluggish economy? Where Strategic Industry Partnerships in support of our educational and skilled trades development completely from Apprentice through to Journeyman . Where perhaps even some Philanthropy Incentives would also become foundational? However, we have our Directive to achieve our unique Dual-Hub initiative between Canada & USA that requires serious consideration from industry in achieving our initial (Funding). Explained below article NEWS & COMMON SENSE, AUG. /97.

"My Opposition", has always been quite large as you can see and they're not going to disappear. However, their bread will be buttered on both sides again soon meaning (Funding)? Where this new Private Industry-Based Alternative College University Development which would also require foundational funding and partnerships creating an interesting. Truly creating an alternative thought for "Parents and Students" stepping away from our traditional institutions as we move forward?
Note: The true meaning of "Innovation" is - the successful implementation of a new or improved ideas, processes, products, or services that create tangible value for customers and stakeholders, moving beyond just creativity to deliver practical, significant, positive change and ensure relevance. "Please", could someone tell me just how the "Machine" expressed below being so large for decades, spent "Billions" and still have not resolved our "Skilled Trades Shortages"? WAITING?
In 2025, Ontario has 23 publicly assisted universities and 24 publicly assisted colleges. The provincial government signed Strategic Mandate Agreements with all 45 publicly-assisted institutions for the 2025-2030 period. Publicly Assisted Postsecondary Institutions
Universities: There are 23 publicly funded universities in Ontario. These institutions offer a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs and are represented by the Council of Ontario Universities.
Colleges: There are 24 publicly funded colleges in Ontario. Most operate as Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAATs) and focus on career-oriented certificate, diploma, and apprenticeship programs, although some have ministerial consent to offer a limited number of applied degrees. These colleges are represented by Colleges Ontario.
In addition to these, there are also nine Indigenous Institutes and more than 500 registered career colleges in the province. Note: Do you think a new Alternative institution could fit in?
However, I usually save my personal comments to the end of my articles? Today is an exception including my Innovation comment above and in the 4 links below, and again if your feelings are hurt in any way it's intentional. "Original Intelligence" meaning "YOU" therefore, I'm sure you can comprehend the opportunities behind our initiative, and the compromise that's been played around us? Note: "AI" was founded in 1956 so why all the "Hype" now? Reinventing Are We, running out of Tech Ideas? Need a new public Leash perhaps, Or is it our new Productivity Solver? "Original Intelligences Rules" the end. "AI" will not save you, "OR" maybe we could all call it a "Miracle"?????? Or maybe seeing how we all like the "WEF" so much when they know what's best for us all "Correct"? https://www.linkedin.com/posts/alex-hills-s58_most-people-think-the-future-of-work-is-about-activity-7413957511705223168-8S_W?utm_source=social_share_send&utm_medium=android_app&rcm=ACoAAEsVqa4BWedohTxUUQmMUqhaZNjJS7McCtM&utm_campaign=share_via
Indeed, the writing has been in play for years. Now we need a system that stimulates the people's ability to "Grow a Nation" not compromise one?
"AWE" Fawn Memories. And to think they called me their competitor years ago, and sent me packing? "WOW" look at what they created? "I Guess I Am, And Will Be A Competitor"?
They call it "InHumane", I call it an Intentionally planned Compromising agenda? Where Canadians have been benched since 2015? Yes, experiencing Layoffs are never easy?
I have always liked this one and occasionally I add to the list of "BS"? What's your thoughts on this my fellow Canadian Skilled Tradesman??????

Okay so lets start here and go through my 4 banners being displayed here. First; before we start I would like to acknowledge Charlie Kirk again, as I stated in an earlier posting. I never heard of him until his interesting departure? Shortly after I saw a number of his videos he certainly reflects the foundation of integrity, faith, family, men & women, work, and so much more. I stumbled across this paragraph below, I find it interesting how things have (Intentionally?) evolved?
In "English" Canada and the United States, most “universities” were solidly evangelical Protestant or Catholic until the closing decades of the 19th century when religiously liberal faculty influenced by British and German trends introduced unorthodox and rationalist ideas. According to historians like George Marsden and George Rawlyk, eventually a new generation of secular-minded leaders and professors pushed even liberal religion to the sidelines. In English Canada most formerly Christian institutions gave up their religious identity between the 1920s and ’50s in return for “government funding”.
Note: At the bottom of this new article, their is an "Outstanding Article" called "The Mentality" I came across this about a year ago and seems very fitting for today? Along with my comment in the paragraph just above that article.
Therefore: Our Industry-Based College University Structured Campus Plans, “Will Form The Shape Of A Horseshoe”. The horseshoe is universally known as a symbol of protection and good luck. The amalgamation of luck, protection and religion have made the horseshoe a good luck charm that wards off evil and misfortune. The belief in horseshoes has its origin both in ancient Greece and Christianity. Traditionally, Horseshoes had seven holes used to hold them to the hoof. Seven is considered a number engraved in nature and, therefore, a good luck number. Our Industry-Based College University delivers 7 benefits to Canadians as displayed at the bottom of the Circle of Knowledge & Education banner. 1. Skills & Training (Skilled Trades), 2. Opportunities, 3. Education, 4. Health & Fitness, 5. Interesting Cost Structure (Industry), 6. Entrepreneurship, 7. No Student Debt.
In the second Banner to your left, "Circle Of Knowledge & Education" first paragraph shows in 1960 how our Canadian government introduced the "Technical and Vocational Training Assistance Act" 1960 which was trashed shortly after, to make way for a new government public colleges & universities system 1966 called the "Adult Occupational Training Act" the system we have all come to know? Note: In addition to this I would like to add, in around 1964-5 the new liberal leader came into play and started the "Encroachment" of the French language over our founded English language 1965.
Note: "I Intentionally added this one again it seemed to be quite fitting" GLOBE & MAIL APR.21/03 UNIVERSITIES/ENGINEERS – Mr. Armstrong – An apprenticeship can teach the practical over the theoretical and give them a lasting employee’s eye view of the organizations. “Organizations" have to become their own “Universities”, he said. They “Can’t Rely” on “Academic Institutions” to “Deliver in Graduates all Business-Related Skills They Need”. Work term projects are not enough. Mr. Armstrong attributes the Reluctance of Engineering to embrace change to their training. Engineers saw posing challenges to change. 1999 – PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES WOULD BE A CREDIT For the most part, valuable university funds are being spent on Unnecessary Programs and Irrelevant Research Grants. By letting some students pay high tuition fees for formal education if desired, their would be more money in the total education pool (Note: As If there was ever a shortage of $$$) for “Struggling Public Universities”? It is high time for Canadians to “STOP FEARING” the proposed threat of Private Universities. The first Banner to your left "Advocating & Promoting" is self explanatory and is displayed in our website, and expressed throughout our various blog article postings.
In our first Banner to your right "Construction & Manufacturing" This Link expresses the needs of construction, manufacturing and will perhaps create an interest in this new College University development among other links expressed in previous article postings expressing the shortage and demand for skilled trades? https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimvinoski/2020/09/10/industry-needs-to-solve-the-skilled-workforce-challenge-for-itself/
NEWS & COMMON SENSE, AUG. /97 – SOLVING THE SKILLED TRADES SHORTAGE- TIME TO GIVE VOCATION STUDENTS THE STATUS THEY DESERVE – Outsourcing has been declared by U.S. carmakers as essential to global competitiveness. This includes outsourcing tools and dies overseas. I often remind myself that if you want to remain competitive, you must look beyond the numbers. It may appear that there’s a cost advantage to source your tool construction work to overseas sources. Nevertheless, if you continue to do this, you’ll eventually destroy your base of skilled workers. Our industry leaders finally acknowledge there’s a shortage of skilled-trades workers and it’s a national problem. I think its’ great people are starting to wake up to the fact that there’s a problem. But to me, government–run programs nearly always mean throwing money around and endeavoring to be politically correct rather than result-oriented. “The usual result: They spend tons of money and the problem still exists”. Indeed, the way the public perceives a journeyman is way out of date. The training of today’s skilled workers is somewhat more sophisticated, and they must be familiar with applying new technology. To enhance the “status” of skilled workers, let’s award a “Bachelor’s Degree of Trades” to reflect this higher level of technical skills. Industry should get together nationwide to establish guidelines for accreditation. Programs and Degrees would only be Accredited if they met these guidelines. I also recommend aptitude, requirements that assure candidates have the necessary inherent skills to be a craftsman. Note: In addition to the above once again creating the inherent skills to becoming a Craftsman/Journeyman”. "Time Travel", at one time a medical, eye examination, and or an aptitude test were necessary to be employed at some companies??????
Note: In view of the article above bringing back manufacturing requires a plan. Strategic Automotive OEM Partnerships for (Tier 1 supply agreements) along side other OEMs reflecting the need to build people? Manufacturing & Construction requires a foundation to "Secure Next Generation Skilled Trades”. We're "Reaching Out" to OEM’s to clarify benefits being sought in our stance proposing a “Letter Of Intent” citing future use of our “Apprentice to Journeyman” system would be paramount. In doing so would leverage senior “sponsor seats” on our “Corporate College University Advisory Board". Note: Attaching such a "Letter Of Intent" would also assist in solidifying foundational government "Funding, Grants, & Loan" applications for instant credibility moving forward?
1996 – Industry Canada Needs A Strong Infrastructure – Manufacturing Success Relies On Cost-Effective And Efficient services. Adopt To meet Changing Needs – Canada has always placed strong emphasis on a well developed infrastructure. Privatization is one avenue worth exploring, but only if "costs" are lowered and service quality is enhanced.
“Years & Decades of Rhetoric”
PLANT INDUSTRIAL MAGAZINE JULY 14/03 – PREPARING OUR YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE FUTURE- There is a premium today for skilled people who can adapt to different tasks, enjoy working in groups and have well developed communications skills. In other words, people who crave for change. There are approximately 35,000 manufacturing establishments in Canada (Now???). Many of them looking for workers able to demonstrate that they are motivated, capable of handling change and taking on new opportunities. But they are in short supply. Business tells us – and Canadian manufactures and exporter’s (CME’S) own surveys show. They are having difficulty attracting engineers, manufacturing managers, design and marketing personnel. In the skills area there’s a shortage of machinists, tool and die workers, welders and other mechanical skills. We still produce an unacceptable number of students who are unable to solve simple problems or communicate effectively. Note: Will "AI" save you, will it step up to the "Podium" and explain how? Will it bring back manufacturing? Will it create the skills indicated above?

“VIEWS FROM OUTSIDE LOOKING IN” May 15/2020 - Mongolian University of Life Sciences “Are Universities Becoming Business-Driven” There is the mantra that ‘universities are not business’. However, others believe that universities already had become business-driven and reveal that higher education institutions should agree and focus on improving their operation as applying business concepts. There are many arguments about the commercialization of universities while it has been a very controversial topic. Nature of academic institutions may be changed by commercialization in ways, and by trying so hard to obtain more money. Moreover, higher education is seen as a budget area that, unlike other government services, can compensate for cuts in-state expenditures. A typical and not incorrect assumption is that public colleges and universities have sources of funds, especially students and the tuition’s they pay, that are not available to other government services. “This assumption makes higher education vulnerable to cuts during tough budgetary times, when policymakers tend to focus on solving short-term issues rather than on addressing long term needs. Unfortunately, higher education, in particular, becoming out of reach for a common man, want to talk about a poor man”. Everybody deserve to acquire appropriate knowledge. As a result, universities may compromise values that are vital to the continued assurance and loyalty of faculty, students, alumni, and even the general public if they try too hard to make money. Should universities agree that they are becoming business-driven?
Our next Banner to your far right "PROGRESSIVE HOUR GLASS OF OPPORTUNITIES WHERE THE SANDS OF KNOWLEDGE FLOWS UPWARDS WHERE ALL SKILLS, TRAINING, & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WILL BE DELIVERED IN 5 WEEK SEMESTERS"
As stated WOKE is out WORK is in. WORK is the Willingness to Obtain Real Knowledge.
As Corporate “Trends” now begin to show us their lack of interest in (DEI) and all the other creative Dysfunctional "BS"? Therefore, this New Industry Based College University Development Will “NOT ENGAGE” in anything dysfunctional such as in (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) or all the other related compromising "BS" that repressed, suppressed, restrained Canadians just to mention a few?. Reason, it does not “FIT” into "OUR" Development Process & Policies that benefit Canadians and all of North America for that matter.
"College & University 4 Years or 5. Compulsory Trade Apprenticeships are 4 Years or 5"
"Both Education & Skilled Trades Will Be Developed In A Fraction Of The Time"
"Real People, Real Work, Real Knowledge"
Putting some numbers of interest for our educational side of College or University where Traditionally you pay them correct? At this institutional development our educational process of delivery we would pay you $? thousands over our 5 week semesters? Followed by our daily prerequisites processes such as health & fitness, and one's studies. Gaining an experience know other traditional college or university can deliver?
Note: at some point we will require a "Director of Education" with a complete "Step Away Mindset" from traditional education processes to assist in our unique delivery. There's a terminology we keep hearing about the public institutions called "Indoctrination"? Not for our "Movers & Shakers" institution and ambitious Canadians we're cutting our own new path of opportunities for the people.
Our apprenticeship delivery side has a greater intense process of delivery compared to academia. This process is full of studies, theory, practical processes, full of instilled work ethics, discipline, along with our prerequisite process such as a daily health & fitness program that applies to the instilled disciple requirements (Work Ethics), physical, mental, and focused abilities that are mostly demanded in our work environments which (Enhances Safety) requirements throughout industry. Again numbers can reach up to $? thousand over our 5 week semesters. (Canada).
Note: Outside of some Trades Unions having such, we will engage in our unique equivalent to generate a standard 5 years Apprentice to Journeyman program in the field of "Welding", up-grading this program to meet the levels of other "Compulsory Trades" accelerating the level of Respectable Employable Skills that industry would appreciate and also some Trades Unions. (Recruitment)?

The Mentality
7 Habits That Turn Boys into Men:
1. Taking Responsibility:
Real men understand the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and decisions. This habit goes beyond simply admitting when they are wrong; it involves owning up to the consequences of their choices and working to make amends. They don't make excuses or blame others for their circumstances. Instead, they face challenges head-on and use their experiences as learning opportunities. By taking responsibility, they build credibility and trust with others, which is foundational for any meaningful relationship. This practice fosters maturity and accountability, setting the stage for personal and professional growth.
Taking responsibility means being proactive rather than reactive. When men take responsibility, they not only address the immediate issue but also analyze the underlying causes and work on preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. This proactive approach is indicative of a mature mindset that prioritizes long-term solutions over quick fixes. Furthermore, men who take responsibility are often seen as dependable and trustworthy, traits that are invaluable in both personal and professional contexts. In the workplace, this habit is crucial for leadership and teamwork. A responsible individual can be relied upon to follow through on commitments and deliver results. This builds a culture of accountability within the team, where everyone feels motivated to contribute their best. In personal relationships, taking responsibility fosters trust and respect, which are essential for lasting bonds. A man who can admit his mistakes and take steps to rectify them is more likely to earn the respect and admiration of those around him.
2. Developing Self-Discipline:
Self-discipline is a cornerstone habit that men cultivate in all areas of life. They set clear, achievable goals and establish effective routines to reach them. This involves prioritizing long-term benefits over short-term pleasures, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, managing finances wisely, or advancing in their careers. By mastering self-discipline, they develop the ability to stay focused and resilient in the face of distractions and setbacks. This habit empowers them to make consistent progress toward their aspirations, ultimately leading to a more fulfilled and purposeful life. Self-discipline requires a high degree of self-awareness and self-control. Men who develop this habit understand the importance of delayed gratification. They are willing to forgo immediate pleasures for the sake of long-term gains. This might mean sticking to a budget instead of making impulsive purchases, or maintaining a rigorous exercise regimen to achieve fitness goals. The ability to delay gratification is a key indicator of maturity and is essential for achieving significant accomplishments. Moreover, self-discipline helps men build strong, positive habits. Whether it's waking up early, maintaining a regular workout schedule, or dedicating time each day to learning and self-improvement, these habits form the foundation of a productive and successful life. Self-discipline also enhances mental resilience. When men are disciplined, they are better equipped to handle stress and adversity, as they have cultivated the inner strength to stay focused and keep moving forward despite challenges.
3. Seeking Continuous Growth:
Men are committed to personal growth and lifelong learning. They actively seek new knowledge, skills, and experiences, understanding that growth is a continuous process. They embrace challenges and step out of their comfort zones to push their boundaries. This habit includes reading, attending workshops, learning new hobbies, or seeking mentorship. By constantly pushing themselves to improve, they become more adaptable and innovative, capable of navigating an ever-changing world. This commitment to growth not only enhances their own lives but also positively impacts those around them. Continuous growth involves a mindset of curiosity and openness. Men who seek growth are not afraid to ask questions and explore new ideas. They recognize that there is always something new to learn and that each experience offers an opportunity for improvement. This mindset fosters a love for learning that transcends formal education and permeates every aspect of life. In a professional setting, a commitment to growth is essential for staying relevant and competitive. The modern workplace is dynamic and constantly evolving, requiring individuals to continuously update their skills and knowledge. Men who prioritize continuous growth are more likely to excel in their careers and achieve their professional goals. On a personal level, this habit enriches life by opening up new avenues for enjoyment and fulfillment. Whether it's learning a new language, picking up a musical instrument, or traveling to new places, the pursuit of growth adds depth and richness to life.
4. Cultivating Emotional Intelligence:
Emotional intelligence is crucial for building strong, meaningful relationships. Men develop self-awareness, allowing them to understand their emotions and the impact they have on others. They regulate their emotions effectively, ensuring that their reactions are appropriate and constructive. By empathizing with others, they build deeper connections and navigate social complexities with ease. Effective communication and mature conflict resolution are key aspects of this habit, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding. Emotional intelligence involves several key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Men who cultivate these qualities are better equipped to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and em-pathetically. Self-awareness helps them recognize their emotional triggers and manage their responses. Self-regulation ensures that they react to situations in a calm and controlled manner, rather than impulsively. Empathy is a particularly important aspect of emotional intelligence. Men who empathize with others are able to understand and share the feelings of those around them. This builds trust and strengthens relationships, as people feel heard and understood. Effective communication is another critical element. Men with high emotional intelligence can articulate their thoughts and feelings clearly and listen actively to others. This fosters open and honest dialogue, which is essential for resolving conflicts and building strong, healthy relationships.
5. Showing Respect:
Real men treat others with respect, regardless of their background or status. They listen attentively, value different perspectives, and treat everyone with dignity. This habit is about recognizing the inherent worth of every individual and behaving in ways that reflect this understanding. Respect is earned through actions, not demanded, and men who consistently show respect build strong, supportive networks both personally and professionally. Showing respect involves more than just polite behavior; it encompasses a genuine appreciation for others. Men who show respect are attentive listeners and considerate communicators. They understand the value of diverse perspectives and are open to learning from others. This openness fosters a culture of mutual respect and understanding, where everyone feels valued and included. In the workplace, respect is crucial for fostering collaboration and teamwork. A respectful environment encourages open communication and the sharing of ideas, which can lead to innovation and improved performance. In personal relationships, respect is the foundation of trust and intimacy. When men show respect to their partners, friends, and family, they build strong, supportive connections that withstand the test of time.
6. Practicing Integrity:
Integrity involves upholding high moral and ethical standards. Men who practice integrity act with honesty, honor, and consistency in their personal and professional lives. They value trust and are true to their word, ensuring that their actions align with their values and principles. This habit builds a reputation of reliability and respect, fostering trust and admiration from others.
Practicing integrity means being truthful and transparent in all dealings. Men of integrity do not engage in deceit or manipulation. They are forthright in their communications and stand by their commitments. This honesty builds trust, which is essential for any meaningful relationship, whether personal or professional. Integrity also involves consistency between words and actions. Men who practice integrity ensure that their behavior aligns with their stated values and principles. This consistency builds credibility and earns the respect of others. In the workplace, integrity is crucial for leadership and effective management. Leaders who act with integrity inspire trust and loyalty from their teams, which is essential for achieving organizational goals.
7. Embracing Leadership:
Leadership is not just about holding positions of power; it's about taking initiative and inspiring others. Men who embrace leadership make decisions confidently, take responsibility for their outcomes, and motivate those around them to achieve their full potential. They lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors and attitudes they wish to see in others. This habit involves empowering others, contributing positively to families, workplaces, and communities, and striving to create a better environment for all. Embracing leadership means being proactive and taking charge of situations. Men who embrace this habit are not afraid to step up and take responsibility. They make decisions with confidence and stand by the outcomes, whether positive or negative. This decisiveness and accountability are key traits of effective leaders. Leadership also involves inspiring and motivating others. Men who embrace leadership understand that their role is not just to direct, but to empower others to achieve their best. They provide support and encouragement, helping those around them to grow and develop. This creates a positive and productive environment, where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best.
In summary, these seven habits—taking responsibility, developing self-discipline, seeking continuous growth, cultivating emotional intelligence, showing respect, practicing integrity, and embracing leadership—are foundational for transforming boys into men. These habits foster maturity, responsibility, and the ability to positively influence their surroundings, leading to personal and professional success. By cultivating these habits, men not only enhance their own lives but also contribute positively to their families, workplaces, and communities.
