My "Thesis" Is My Plan, Our Peer Review, Are The People & Industry We're Presenting It To.

Hello everyone, yes, I have taken a long pause from my last posting addressing our initiative and yours. Many things have transpired in my absence, one being the loss of Charlie Kirk a very inspiring individual with an enormous foundation of Critical Thought, & Faith. Honestly, I never new of him until his passing, upon that, reviewing a number of his videos such as this one https://www.instagram.com/reel/DOo9uwQCk3X/?igsh=MTQyejFqZDgzdzFsNw== he certainly was a very inspirational individual expressing today's many concerns with Facts, Truth, Faith, Education, and Values, where I can see his legacy will most certainly live on. However, he to was not alone in support of Education & Skilled Trades such as this gentleman Mike Rowe, https://fortune.com/2025/08/21/rural-america-jobs-not-enough-workers-ai-mike-rowe-lightcast/ along side many Industries and Government. Therefore, I don't disrespect intelligence, but I do embrace creating opportunities for those to become intelligent. Various sectors if not all require intelligence, skills, and education that support them, here we have a unique Alternative College University Development addressing what's required to support and inspire many students & industry.

Our institutions today have "Benched Canadians" and embraced International Students along side the "Tainted High Levels of Immigration". Our institutions (LOL) are now feeling what they sow (Awe The Financial Headwinds)? After 60+ years of traditional influence perhaps "North America" would embrace a uniquely designed Alternative College/University "Knowing" that our traditional institutions will "Not" disappear. However, something a little more direct and inspiring to students and especially to various industry sectors like our Automotive OEM sector (Original Equipment Manufactures) along side many other OEM industry(s) as an example if interested. Alternatives are conveniently developed to achieve an "Alternative" approach from today's questionable traditional institutional side of things which we have all come to know or question? Why are todays "Choices" in short supply, "but not in short supply of the costs", and difficult to find for the many ambitious young people who want to achieve, develop, and create a future for them selves adding to our next generation. "Why Not", encourage self-driven ambitious opportunities for our youth, all of which are designed to inspire and thrive within our New Private Alternative College University supporting industry and our next generation.

Re-addressing something stated to me years ago was to “Test The People & Industry” by presenting this New Private Non-Traditional Industry-Based Vocational Technical College University Development. Directly, Implementing Education, Skilled Trades Apprenticeships through to Journeyman, Manufacturing/Construction Skills, and the Education that supports all including levels of Higher Learning. Opportunities created within our alternative college university are "Unprecedented" from our traditional institutions. Therefore, becoming an Alternative of interest creating a step away from the narrative of today's leading institutions where we to will create opportunities, deliver talent, implement innovative research, all leading to a more fruitful life with exceptionally instilled experiences achieved.


"The Thesis" a comprehensive research paper that typically requires a graduate Degree (Masters or PhD) "In this case our comprehensive research was "Not" created by our standard graduate Degree (Masters or PhD).

However, it was created "From The World Of "WORK" With Critical Though Applied", embedded through years of research reflecting Skills, Training, Education, Experience, Entrepreneurship, all through our Philanthropy minded foundation called our "Strategic Business Plan".


The Thesis, often assessed by a committee of professors. However, "In this case those who understand the need for in-depth exploration in a topic that contributes to existing bodies of knowledge, skills, education, and experience embraced with discipline and ambition, would appreciate the fruitfulness of Earning your Learning being expressed within this development.

In contrast, a peer review is a process where experts in the field evaluate the quality and validity of the research papers for publication in academic journals. Again in this case our academic journals are open to the Public and expressed within our Blog Articles. Our "Website" https://www.phatevocationaltechnicalcollegeuniversity.com scroll down the list of blog articles and read the last two in particular called "Advocating from Coast to Coast to Coast" and the another one called "North America Unleashed" both (Advocating & Promoting Our Alternative Solution From The Illusions of Today). Showing Years of Government Rhetoric, Colleges & Universities Rhetoric, all expressing "The" needs to developed skills, skilled trades, education, entrepreneurship, economic development etc... and where are they now and why? (Old Story No Money No Funny) it's all of our tax payers monies, should we not have something a little more accountable? So many questions?

Note; I stated in one of our blog articles saying "For 60+ Years They Had It Their Way? Is It Not Time Now To Perhaps Have It Your Way? "A Choice Well Delivered & Disserved".


"WAITING"

"Our Peer Review", would cover academic programs, apprenticeship delivery, explicitly reflecting the needs and opportunities for the people, students, concerned parents, and of course what benefits industry throughout all sectors. The valuation, the work, the experience, and the opportunities expressed in this New Private Industry-Based Alternative College University are uniquely designed through our 5Ps, a Progressive Process of Product People & Profession. Ensuring Quality, Accuracy, and Instillment of Practical & Theoretical Studies in our students. Critical steps forward are few, one being "Accreditation", (Partnerships) secondly, the strategic support through Partnering Stakeholders of Industry, and of course a Strong Board of Directors ensuring the public of sustainability? Our real world is uniquely designed throughout an Industry-Based Institution with unique innovative programs that will deliver. We recognize industries specific needs, standards, and quality requirements, and the external authorities (Government & Industry)? In the context of education where accreditation ensures (accountability) where programs within this institution will meet the highest educational and skill-set standards that will inspire our students and industry to engage. 

NOTE: The system of education and vocational qualification must therefore live up to different demands. Apprentices and companies both expect education and vocational training at the highest possible standardized, national level. Those who have trained in occupations want to get ahead in their field of work and to have opportunities for continuing training. Those who change to another occupational field do not want to have to start from scratch again in a related branch but to have qualifications accredited. Young people and companies have every right to expect that their educational efforts and skills development are embedded in a system that delivers, not hinders their enthusiasm for employment .

"WAITING"


"Peer-to-Peer Review", there is no greater reviews than what comes from the "People, Parents, & Industry", an assessment process in which the publics "Voice" is required "Social Media", workers and industry putting forward their thoughts towards this alternative being presented. Where opportunities are based on real time performance, and where ambition "Rules", and is ramped up through the opportunities presented. Strengthening one's skills development, eliminating weaknesses, instilling experience, and overall work ethics through ambitious attitudes. Above all to the men and women if your "Feelings are Hurt" and "Frustration Sets In" don't worry it's all part of "Growing Up", when your embraced with Practical Skills and Academically Driven Theory combined, challenges are always presented. However, if feelings are your main concern their are many traditional institutions that are looking for you. The Element of Surprise lies in our "Strategic Advantage" that favors your personal determination to succeed. We are Unique from start to finish, you will be busy, you will know quickly if this is for you, if not no great loss, their are many that will be in line to pursue meaningful opportunities.


Note; Being Bold Direct and Confident as we are in this new institutional development. Many Industrial "OEM" sectors would benefit from this development. However, I do openly invite OEM sectors, one in particular being the Automotive sector to engage and analyze just how this institutional development works, and how it will fit and assist your business, and in support of all other small & medium businesses, our students, and the growth of a nation.

SUMMARY:


Self-Sufficient - is someone who is able to provide for their own needs without relying heavily on others for support. Note: a blessing for parents, seeing their kids taking responsibility to be independent and to take control of their own lives in building a future for themselves.

Self-Confidence - is a positive belief in your own abilities, skills, and judgement, leading to a sense of control and the ability to meet challenges. Opportunities creates ambition, building one's purpose and instilling self confidence, knowledge & skills that will apply to them. Which builds Character.

Character - most often refers to the qualities that define an individual ( Like Integrity and Honesty). Swellheads are not welcomed. A swellhead is a conceited, arrogant, or overly proud person with an exaggerated opinion of their own importance or intelligence.

Scaling In Business - is the process of preparing your operations to handle significant growth in revenue and demand without a proportional increase in costs, ensuring profitability and sustainability. It involves implementing efficient, repeatable processes, leveraging technology and automation, investing in strength and culture, and ensuring your infrastructure and supply can handle expansion. The goal is to serve more customers and generate more income by making smart, long-term investments in systems and processes that increase capacity and capability.

Note: Stimulating industry interests is key, our process can handle significant growth in revenue on demand without proportional increase in costs, ensuring profitability. Our repeatable efficiency in processes will inspire industry leveraging people/technology/automation. Investing in a strong culture as described in this new industry-based college university development will solidify, and ensure our infrastructure to supply and handle expansion requirements. We will serve multiple customers from small, medium, and large businesses through our internal commodity of Product, People,& Professions, generating a substantial income through smart and long-term investments within our unique systems and processes that increase capacity and capability.

WOW, Extraordinary Crisis & Chronic Underfunding? Such a self driven Tragedy certainly enhances our "Alternative".


And the Rhetoric continues?

Nothing new here again they have been receiving funding for decades.


Interesting Changes.


This is good for some but not for all, alternatives have the same results?


Interesting? Perhaps, there is an Alternative of interest?

Who Needs "AI" when their is an abundance of Original Intelligences waiting for an Alternative to engage the labour shortage crisis?


Here we talk a good story, walk the theme of choice, but yet a sustainable alternative that educates, trains, and would deliver, in support of losing good people, if your loosing people it's usually an internal problem. Therefore, "Training People Well Enough Knowing They Will Leave. To Become The Investment Industry Needs. By Embracing Their Found Knowledge And Skill. Will Become A Great Asset So Treat Them Well".


AWE, The Climate Change and the outstanding premature projections.


Higher education and today's system, the need for balance between older universities and New college “startup” institutions. Like a forest ecosystem, new “green shoots” are needed to replace the longer-lived trees around them. By this standard, the “forest” of higher education is very unhealthy – with only handfuls of new 4-year institutions being founded amongst a multitude of older institutions competing for dwindling numbers of students. "Well, Well, I see all of North America requires an Alternative"?

Hot Off The Press, do we need a change that embraces the opportunities for the people and drives a nation. Alternatives Matter.

Really? Do we need to travel so far?


Definitely, No Dreams being sold here, just a foundation of eye opening real time experiences in a world many will never experience but are in demand.


When people are presented with an opportunity that benefits them directly. It creates a step away from the trivial pursuit portrayed?


I couldn't have said it any better? So here’s Patty Hajdu, Canada’s Jobs Minister, explaining why it’s totally fine that young Canadians can’t find work. She actually said this: “Temporary foreign workers are about 70% less than a few months ago. Low-wage TFWs are less than 1% of the workforce.” Sounds good, right? But then in the very next breath she admitted the program is still “critical” in areas with low unemployment, the kind of loophole that allows McDonald’s and Tim Hortons to keep importing cheap foreign labor while Canadian kids sit at home without jobs. YES, this confirms Canadians have been deliberately "Benched".


Hornick notes that Ontario colleges train 500,000 students and graduate over 125,000 job-ready workers every year. With over 700,000 skilled tradespeople set to retire in the next 5 years, it’s unlikely that the labour shortages can be closed without a robust college ecosystem. "So here we are offering a new "ROBUST" Alternative College/University Development, we are also looking for a robust well seasoned CFO" to pursue our initiative?


Here again, I can only say you get what you sow?
