Advocating from Coast to Coast to Coast & Now To "YOU" The People Of Canada In Promoting The Need

Updated: Feb 27

Hello Everyone I am reaching out for your undivided attention and support today. Below is a sequence of my many years advocating for the development of this New Private College/University/Development in creating greater opportunities for all Canadians Indigenous, and Aboriginals and has now come to the point of advocating to "YOU" the Canadian People including Small, Medium, and Large Businesses, both the Manufacturing and Construction Associations across this country and more. By contacting your Local MPP, or your Local Chamber of Commerce advocating the need for new a positive College/University initiative would be appreciated.

Following the direction of many successful Canadians as indicated below sets precedents for our continuous change, choices, and opportunities for all Canadians as outlined below.

Nov. 2004 I met with Andrew Campbell from Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP as a free consultation. Jan. /2005 after reviewing my plan in detail he e-mailed me as to what I should do. He also e-mailed me with an attached non-disclosure for my protection in meeting potential associates. “Must have seen the Potential behind the plan”?

Feb. 2006 Met with Matthew Gaasenbeek III Chairman Northern Crown Capital Inc. 40 years experience in management consulting and corporate finance, both in Canada and Internationally. For 11 years he was Senior Vice President of Midland Doherty now Merrill Lynch Canada, was also President of a public mining company, sat on numerous corporate, government and non profit organization boards, particular in the environmental field. Note; “This gentleman stated the need of a Strong and Powerful Board of Directors First”.

April 2008 Met with Greg Durocher at the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce talked about my initiative and that he would forward an e-mail on my behalf to John Tennant CEO of Golden Triangle of Technology? Note; the Chamber was very helpful and encouraging.

July 2008 Met with Paul Drouillard ACIS, P, ADM., CGA Cambridge Ontario I approached Paul for an advisory board position and after he viewed my plan he told me you don’t need $20 million your going to need hundreds of millions and you need to get the government on board. He also declined because it was too much for him but he did say it was a great plan and good luck.

July 2008 Sent e-mail to Don Parenteau National Director Trades and Apprenticeships of the Aboriginal Human Resource Council in regards to having Aboriginals to take part within my business initiative. His response was, from the first bit of information it does appear that we may have some common themes in our daily business case?

Aug.22, 2008 Met with Gerry Martiniuk MPP in our meeting I had mentioned my concerns with the announcement of $20 million awarded to Conestoga College and felt that my plan should be addressed straight to Premier Dalton McGuinty‘s office, so on my behalf even though it was the opposition party he would send off a request to meet with John Milloy MPP? Confirmation on my behalf from John Malloy’s office is that they would send out a letter in regards to a meeting with John Milloy MPP?

Sept.03,2008 Met with Gary Goodyear he found my plan quite interesting, and also forward an acknowledgment to John Milloy stating that he also met with me. Then I told him that I had contacted the National Director of the Aboriginal Human Resource Council because this College would participate in the training of Indigenous/Aboriginals. That is when he said now that is something that I can help you with because that is Federal? Gary Goodyear before he became a Federal Minister, he had addressed my initiative in a letter to the Ontario Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, the Honourable Michael Bryant September 12 2008, stating, Dear Minister Strahi, I recently had the opportunity to meet with constituent Thomas J. Forbes, who is seeking to establish a vocational/technical college. This program, which links corporate business practices and institutional education, may be of interest to your department?

Sept.04, 2008 Met back with Sean Strickland after viewing my plan he thought the scope was quite large but over all it was a great plan.

Dec.04, 2008 Mike Arndt of Graham Mathew & Partners responded to my strategic business plan and I Quote: “you have developed a truly remarkable idea that would be of great benefit to the skilled-trades sector of our economy, especially in these trying times. Indeed, it is this type of vision that is difficult to find these days and you should be commended for undertaking such a valuable project.

Jan. 13, 2009 Met with Mike McClements Executive Dean at Conestoga College a follow up from the e-mail I had sent John Tibbits. The conversation was short and sweat where Mike made it very clear that I was their competitor and I was on my way, I did ask if they would be interested in a partnership with me “NO”. So I took that as a compliment. Note; The Chamber of Commerce also encouraged me to meet with John Tibbits?

Jan. 29, 2009 Met back with Yves Richard of (IRAP) Industrial Research Assistance Program he said it was a great plan and that I need to get Stakeholders on board and that at this time he can’t help me but later on he could. He also told me to keep in touch with him every six months or so to let him know where I’m at. He also mentioned Conestoga College, I told him I have been their done that?

Feb. 4, 2009 Contacted Gerry Fedchun Head of the (APMA) Automotive Parts Manufacturing Association. He thanked me for my invitation for a seat on my Board but could not because of the state of the auto industry at that time and he was to busy. But he did say that he would put the invitation on the table at his next Human Resource Committee meeting?

Feb.19, 2009 Contacted David Cowburn BMO Commercial Banking. His suggestion to me was to approach a National Accounting Firm. They would have the means to aid in preparing the necessary financing request to present to banks and equity investors.

March 09, 2009 Contacted Derrick Ho of Venture Growth Partners he suggested that I contact the BDC for a small business loan to get me started and have an advisor formulate the business plan for you.

March, 2009 Contacted BDC after viewing my sequence of referrals in regards to my initiative, she stated that it looks like I have been getting the run around and that I should seek help outside this community”?

April 07, 2009 Met Douglas Luciani CEO of the CWB Group after meeting with Doug and viewing my plan in his view he has never seen anything like this declined a seat on my board and made a few suggestions, wished me success and to keep in touch. He also mentioned that they will want control? Note; Understandable considering the experienced individuals required of like minded people in addressing this inspiring initiative.

June 04, 2009 Contacted KPMG there suggestion to me was “Given the size of financing required it will involve multiple sources of funding” however, we typically handle capital fund raising between $2 to 20 million. The project will be particularly difficult due to the current economic environment. Our corporate Finance group indicates that no new ventures will be launched right now as no one is willing to risk any equity capital in this market. In view of the size of your project and the current environment, we suggest that you connect directly with the colleges, universities and government as they have “stimulus” money to spend and may look at this?

Oct.14, 2009 Met with Matthew Rideout Small Business Advisor, which he also cc. Karl Brecht Vice President South Central Ontario Region TD Business Banking. I would like to say I admire your ambition in taking on such an impressive initiative. As you have correctly identified in your business plan such a large initiative will require multiple sources of funding. National accounting firms have the resources to assist you with presenting your request to non-bank lenders and investors. Once you have secured the requisite portion of your financing through non-bank firms, I would be interested in sitting down with you to discuss how TD Canada Trust may be able to assist you with your initiative.

Oct.26, 2009 Rozanne Kibil Director Corporate Finance Toronto of PriceWaterhouseCoopers made it clear that a partnership with an existing “College” would be beneficial in proving your business model and attracting potential investors. She also suggested that I contact the Yves Laundry Foundation?

2015; Contacted the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Director of Skills Policy Sarah Anson-Cartwright, in her response was that she had not heard from any of their members advocating for any new college(s). And had suggested as a "Test of Interest" would be to contact the construction associations that represent that industry and the employers of the employees.

Globe & Mail June 12, 2022 See link below. Quote; Rocc Rossi, Pressident and Chief executive officer of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce stating that the "Current Labour Shortage in Ontario just a hint of problems to come? Mr. Rossi sees a host of structural problems that threaten Ontario's economy in the near future, and that the re-elected Progressive Conservatives will need to move to address. The Labour Shortage is the most apparent. The nearly 400,000 vacant positions represent lost productivity and tax revenue? Note; Advocating for this New Private Vocational Technical College (University) Institution creating New Credibly by Inspiring Direct Pathways for Canadians built by, and for Canadians.

Profession. My Thoughts are, and have always been one of great respect to all of my fellow skilled tradesman and the associations in which I have been a part of over the years. It pains me to continuously see the Political “Pond” of Ignorantly Influenced decisions, instead of collectively becoming a “Bishop” in the game or better strengthening our essential abilities as they were intended. "What We Were, What We Are, and What We Will Become" depends upon our ability to engage Change and not just in the minds of the Elite, or Government Tyranny that are self praising which has led us to where we are today?

"GLOBE & MAIL AUG. 26/2003 – UNIVERSITIES IN PERIAL OF RUNNIN AGROUND" Note; (These two articles can be viewed at the end of this article). The PRE- to me is a leash in support of our traditional institutions leading us to a compromising "same old, same old" future? When a "NO" Holds Barred Private Alternative College/University/Development Institution of critical thought, experience, and ambition can help along side our traditional institutions, where we can both create greater opportunities for the people of Canada and in doing so we can break the leash that hinders our growth.

1997 – FORGING NEW AND FRUITFUL LINKS WITH EDUCATION – MARKET FORCES ARE CHANGING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN INDUSTRY AND INSTITUTIONS

With great respect of Two Prominent Individuals, The late William G. Davis Minister of Education 1959 when education and skills development were for all the right reasons. Interesting enough it changed in 1964? And the Ives Landry Foundation 1998 of the late Chairman, President and CEO of Chrysler Canada Ltd, who saw the importance of Skills and Education within his manufacturing sector where a complete reflection of his efforts are also embraced in the AD&P article presented below.

The value of college/university degrees, skills and training, and that of higher education, where it is not unreasonable in thinking of their return on investment. Students are deeply concerned with today’s inflation, rising costs, and debt, contributing to the economic benefits of enrollment. Direct and upfront information pertaining to specific program degrees including the skills training requirements and completion times are in the interest of students today, and should very well be considering it is their future. Throughout the various programs of interest such as undergraduate, graduate, professional, entrepreneurship, skills training, skilled trade apprenticeships, and various other programs. Within this New Private Unprecedented Industry Based Non-Traditional Vocational Technical College/University/Development, where the earnings of your learning start immediately coupled with our internal prerequisites of delivery throughout all programs. Point being made here is that of the traditional institutional systems of delivery called Debt, and Repayment. Student enrollment is that of ambition the reason behind the education, skills, knowledge, and the experience one requires and demanded of and throughout the various industries of employment. W.O.R.K. here at this institutional development is the prerequisite of all students which reflects no discrimination in any area as described in, race, creed, colour, or gender, it is WORK simple. On equitable educational values where one will understand clearly and up front of the Progressive, Process, of Product, People and Profession being provided in this New Post Secondary Educational College/University/Development and our Skills Training System. This Alternative Institutional Development steps away from our traditional college and university institutions in building additional economic valued pathways in obtaining ones specific graduate or undergraduate, and the many other careers including skills and training requirements. Where job search will now become industries job where they would have access to each students career choices and achievements upon graduation or that of those already sponsored by existing employers perhaps?

Awe, the “Efficient” as in this well organized College/University developing institution where the rapidly changing economy and technologies are embraced to ultimately gain and instill the knowledge and experience that our industries demand. To better align the needs throughout all of North America. When employers and the various sectors can’t find the skilled individuals within the standard traditional institutional setting, than a change is required. The disgusting narrative is the accumulated debt up to and over 4 years for some programs. Costs, Books, Expenses, Accommodations, unequal in the goals that one wants and hopes to achieve.

(W.E.L.) Work Earn Learn, opens the door early to those who may see the attraction of inspiring opportunities experience and goals that would not have presented itself other wise. The accumulation of debt as an example and the years before the debt is payed which I personally find ludicrous when we speak of the need and the demands of today. An alternative for those who wish to engage in a broad base environment of knowledge and experience throughout the process of your personal goal and a worldly experience not found anywhere else?

The bottom line as some reflect upon the (ROI) Return-On-Investment from a marketing perspective the process of delivery comes with a foundation of embedded practical knowledge programs the best of both worlds from years past and the required formula of present day needs. Earnings, if one considers that as their main course ingredient over knowledge and the applied practice based knowledge, they are shallow and will take years to catch up to someone within this foundational acumen. The informed decisions of education and skills training career goals here in this developing College/University institution is that of no loss time, one will realize early if this type of process is not for you, and count on it that there will be thousands of others waiting for you to bow-out. The transition of student life after this college/university will become progressively different where employers will be at your beckoning call for employment. Remember that the equitable educational value is WORK.

Building character, integrity, and stamina, in a model in which critical thought is nurtured, where the real teachers, instructors, and professors stand up for the people not them selves. Implementing a Cost-To-Value progressive process engaging the administrators and educators where there’s no magic in the development of Higher Education, or through the Skills and Training creating the toolbox of required skills, knowledge, and education for tomorrow.

A Little Humor

Addressing Societies Social Status; Founder Of Real Business Education & Skills. "FORBES" A private independent study of a College/University Institutional Delivery obtained throughout an extensive background in a variety of industries and skills training exceeding a number of decades. Obtaining a complete, direct, and compelling approach to our severely neglected shortfall in the development of our countries labour shortages such as skilled trades and so much more. The constraints upon this development viewed are mostly from the opposition of course which has been consistent over the years. Therefore, the answer and the way forward in bringing greater opportunities to Canadians or all of North America for that matter requiring Change, Choice, and Opportunities. I find it truly difficult to believe that our Public Universities & Polytechnic College Institutions and Government have all the answers and solutions best suited in the interest of every Canadian, Business, and our Economy. Note; there is "NO" other College/University/Institution that exists today addressing Industry Skills Shortages, Student Education, Skills and Training, Tuition Costs, Student Debt as we intend to do.

The informed process of empowering students towards career paths is in presenting the opportunities that are real and direct attracting the employers to you rather than wasting your time on job searches. It is the job of Human Resources to find the people that their company requires made simpler. Experience sets the Bar Higher than the average traditional institution upon completion of ones studies or training. Decisions made are informed where the experience of practical thought processes are obtained by a collective process. The internal knowledge and curriculum flow throughout this institution reflects our unique campus structure where company businesses collectively will make decisions that reflect in their best interest seeking external knowledge such as the people within this unique institutional development.

This institutional system will have a Direct Research & Development arm of policy driven outcomes in the best interest of the student making knowledge and practice based experience a foundation for self driven students to succeed. Where the investment of ambition is the decision of personal economic values based upon ones inspired goals, a degree, a skill, or other, all of which come after a high school diploma, or for those who have Dropped Out may decide to Drop Back In. When the initiatives of this unique institution are presented as an opportunity not found in any Traditional Institutional Systems, our country will then begin to prosper and grow because of it and that of the people.

Note:We have all achieved our degrees in following the science over the past 4 years, and if ambition is a science where the costs are addressed and the return on investment is the vaccine of your own achievable ambitions. Then the virus becomes the excuses of your own demise”?

A students focus thrives upon the knowledge, skills and opportunities presented to them within a worldly system that embraces their intended career portfolio. The voice of the people and that of the students are Changing and an Alternative to the continuous humdrum of traditional narratives is presently being heard. The command of change is a reflection of the past 60 years of rhetoric stated throughout much of my research and the leashed society we have become following Academia, Skills and Training. Formulated by an Elite mind set that reflects upon their very nature to survive creating the decisions for students rather than the students making their own decisions. So what is the value of a degree?, skills?, and knowledge? obtained at a college or university, truly it’s a reflection upon the individual and their intended direction and choice in life. However, some may think that High End institutions are the gateway to a high paying careers, for some perhaps that is true, intelligence is critical so is the ability to “Walk The Talk” where very few can do both. Therefore, the transformation of students is critical in thought and in life, opening their minds to an environment that will not subject measures of control but to open their minds to the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How's of life that are critically important today. Example; Reform of Vocational Education and Training. The dual system of vocational education and training is worldwide renowned and essentially still provides all young people with an opportunity to enter into their skill/education of employment and thereby taking responsibility for their life. At the same time, the system secures future skilled labour for the industry and thus contributes decisively to competitiveness and prosperity.

Note; This New College/University/Development Institution will develop Skilled Trades in 26 to 28 months, this time frame can and will reflect in developing a Dual Skilled Trades program that would essentially take the same time as one traditionally trained apprenticeship taking up to 4 or 5 years. The focus of learning should not become hindered by the forces of Debt, this unique College/University institutional foundation eliminates the pressure imposed upon the student so their focus is upon the knowledge, skill and education that surrounds their goal obtained, clearly representing our country industry and our economic demands.

Note; below are the article that reflects upon Mr. Ives Laundry’s Idealism as stated earlier and in other articles which I have presented.

AD&P February 2005, are you experienced? There is a non-trivial problem that the U.S based auto industry is going to be facing (And to some extent already is getting smacked in the jaw), and it is not overcapacity, outsourcing of jobs, or declining sales although there are all of those. The problem that the auto industry leaders will come up against is the fact that because of both downsizing and demographics there will be a death of experienced people at all levels of the organizations. They insist that actual experience is vital for learning. They write, “Deep smarts constitute practice based wisdom”. Experience defines us professionally especially in those fields in which practice is critical than book learning. One of the reasons so many Internet start-ups failed was that their founders had little entrepreneurial or managerial experience to match their technological deep smarts. These people had “A”s in technology but little in hands on experience. Not all failed. One of the reasons why some of the companies succeeded was because there were coaches who had experience who worked with the founders. For one thing, the authors point out that the people need to practice their area of expertise. Most evidence suggests that it takes about ten years of concentrated study and practice to become expert (as opposed to merely competent). Ten years! What’s more, there needs to be desire: “there is strong evidence that extrinsic forces-rewards, threats, and the like – may induce people to work hard, but do not promote learning or creativity nearly as much as intrinsic motivation from wanting to learn. So, what is to be done? Executives who identify that their ranks of experienced managers will be collecting pensions in the not too distant future need to start working with the less experienced. Because we really do have the responsibility to ensure that those deep smarts that are essential to our organization are not lost. In automotive, plenty of those smarts have already walked out the door. Unless efforts are undertaken to help pass on the intelligence that remains to the following generation of managers and executives, then the external forces of the market will likely overwhelm the capabilities of the remaining internals.

Note; Here we have the reflection of yesterdays narratives today?

GLOBE & MAIL SEPT.15/03 – LINES BLURRING FOR UNIVERSITIES COLLEGES

The rub is that the doers need to also be thinkers and vice-versa – Thus, Canadian universities now covet the applied skills traditionally produced by colleges seek to equip students with boarder cognitive skills for a workplace of changing demands. There is a bewildering; array of choices today all saying “Degree”, says David Marshall, President of Calgary’s Mount Royal College, which has about 20 applied degree programs. Marshall also said, “in part because of a spike in demand for higher education that couldn’t be supplied by Canadian universities alone”. Advanced intellectual requirements for the workplace and “creeping credentialism” are also factors he identified. College-specific education is going to be required for 58 per cent of the new jobs in Nova Scotia over the next five years, as opposed to 18 per cent requiring university specific education, according to a Human Resources Development Canada study in the region. “Colleges and Universities had a virtual monopoly on post-secondary education, “he says. “We don’t anymore and you know what? That’s a good thing. It does not mean these institutions are dying”. “Between 1990 and 2001 in Canada, over 1.1 million jobs were created requiring university education,” says Robert Ciroux President of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada in Ottawa. Meanwhile, the rising, value of a diverse education doesn’t yet preclude an older notion of “credential creep,” the idea that every work function has simply layered on more educational demands. Higher in-come families are four times more likely to use this than low-in-come families. Education tax credits aren’t much help to students or parents with low incomes. And in most provinces students are not able to borrow their full education costs. The recent Throne Speech hinted that the March 23 budget might contain further measures to assist students and encourage their parents to save. Good: We need to shift our thinking, so that saving for education gets as much attention as saving for retirement. The United Kingdom is introducing a new system whereby students can borrow fully against university costs, and repayment after graduation is tied to income earned. There are also offering lower-income families. We need a comprehensive plan, formulated together by the federal and provincial governments, students, the private sector and the education institutions. Canadians’ future standard of living depends on it.

GLOBE & MAIL AUG. 26/2003 – UNIVERSITIES IN PERIL OF RUNNING AGROUND – Tricky business, some schools are in better financial shape than others, in large part because of difference in levels of provincial support. The biggest challenge for Canada’s Universities however is stopping the deterioration and perhaps improving the quality of undergraduate education. No, the universities are grappling with a huge backlog of deferred maintenance (even while they construct new buildings), growing class sized and a series of pressures that emphasize faulty research over teaching, especially to undergraduates. But there has been multibillion dollar investment by the Federal Government in university research. The universities main challenge lies with the undergraduates. They’re paying more for their education in most provinces, but universities would be hard-pressed to argue possibly that students are getting more for there money. Funding budgets the lifeline of university financing, hasn’t kept pace with the cost of university education. Research can help but doesn’t drive excellence in undergraduate teaching. A selected handful of Canadian universities have thought privately how to escape the tyranny of low base-budget increases from government by imagining them selves as a “fully private institutions” such as exist in the United States. Those who have toyed with the idea have all breaking away from the other universities and from Provincial Governments. So the universities are stuck. They have persuaded some provinces to allow graduate and professional fees to rise. But these measures cannon make-up for limited base-budge increases, fee freezes, and governments, to be stuck. The worry about access, which includes them to keep fee increases down. More important, the health-care is rising faster than any other component. Health care is literally squeezing every other government-financed program. More voters worry about health care than universities. With universities and governments both stuck, something has to suffer. But in a depressing number of cases-is the quality of under-graduates education.

Is it not time for a New Private Competitive College/University Institution that reflects greater interest and opportunities to the Canadian people? As stated below.

Quote; at that time in the -Globe & Mail / Stating; Mike Harris - Gives Universities Another Test - Favors Were Granted To Universities And Colleges That Combine Forces By Establishing Joint Degrees - Diplomas that heavily emphasized market competitive skills. The premier is committed to introducing Private Universities to Ontario. The board that will examine applications for charters is slated to begin its work before the end of the year. By 2002 or 2003 the first Private Universities will have arrived and the competition for students will be fierce. “Well That Didn’t Amount To Much From What We See Today” from the much anticipated Fierce Competition. Note; However, this New Institutional development has the ability to create the fierce anticipated competition required in support of the Canadian people. Where both the Blue Color & White Color workers will walk the Hallways and Aisle-ways together.

1999 – HOW UNIVERSITIES CAN ADVANCE MANUFACTURING – The role that universities play as a repository and channel for existing information, and in educating and training students, is one of the most important mechanisms for a transferring research findings and expert knowledge to business. University research capabilities should, therefore, be assessed not only with respect to specific industrial applications. But also in terms of infrastructure of basic and applied knowledge expertise and teaching capabilities that they support.

1997 – FORGING NEW AND FRUITFUL LINKS WITH EDUCATION – MARKET FORCES ARE CHANGING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN INDUSTRY AND INSTITUTIONS – The prime objective of companies is to make money. And for universities, the challenge will be first to recognize that the technical and business issues that organizations face are challenging problems and, consequently, require an analysis of existing resources and services to ensure they offer the level of education, expertise and research required to meet the specific needs of manufacturers. Opportunities for university research in many disciplines including the sciences, mathematics, engineering, commerce and business management, education and economics. University research will play a key role in enabling companies to develop products, enter new markets, improve existing products and processes, keep pace with technological change, reorganize and integrate business systems and adopt best business practices. Universities are also an information reservoir and companies expect to draw on their knowledge and expertise, skilled personnel, and have access to advanced technologies and equipment. For companies, the direct value of research is determined by its application is solving technical and business problems, and by an organization’s ability to commercialize and make money from these applications. The research needs of individual manufacturers depend on the nature of the problems they face, the quality and scope of their in-house resources as well as their own technical, research and development capabilities. And many companies rely on universities for expertise and knowledge applicable to specific technical, production and business problems or count on these institutions as a source of highly skilled personnel or as a facility for upgrading the skills of current employees.

Note; For many years they had their way with you, now you can have your way with us? The Link below sets a critical thought of a truly missing link one of great importance.

I truly find things today becoming very interesting and with a great amount of thought leads me to a much bigger question? Where did all the young boys and young men go, is their a demographics shortage I am not aware of? I do understand the efforts behind promoting and engaging women today and it does seem to supersede the initial shortages that are in dire need? However, the initial demands of industry is the development of education, skills and skilled trades, the means of delivery are not always one sided considering our traditional institutional mind set?

In the interest of our future throughout North America?

My fellow Tradesman and the various Unions I had worked for over the years? It has been brought to our attention directly from the Head of the WEF stating how proud he was that his young generation of leaders had penetrated our government? The effects we are all feeling and have experienced over the past 3 years. However, he also stated in the same video how the WEF had also penetrated our Unions as well? Interesting, beware of what's being influenced you have a mind use it????

Summary:

In the Link above I can honestly say when viewing the Board Of Directors of Polytechnics Canada, I see a great achievable challenge for our Board of Directors implementing our Strong Offense & Defense Strategies for our Competition. When viewing the Bio’s of their board members I truly have to laugh upon an earlier reflected statement to me by the BDC in 2009 stating it looks like I have been getting the run around and that I should seek help outside my own community. Now it has become Blatantly clear in “Layman’s Terms” of the Circle Jerk obstructing this initiative. I assume some might have thought that I would go away? However, I see more clearly than ever that my work has a deep embedded foundational purpose that represents the Canadian people in creating greater opportunities. Growing up I have heard the term “Don’t Let Anyone Pull The Wool Over Your Eyes”. That being said, developing this new College/University/Development institution will “Shear The Sheep” of the wool that has been pulled over our eyes and opens the door upon a New Private Alternative College Institutional development in strengthening our countries Skills, Education, and Knowledge supporting our Industry, Country, and our Economy.
