The Juggernaut - Meaning - A Huge Powerful, & Overwhelming Force Or "Institution".

When evaluations continuously speak "LOUD & CLEAR" time after time NDA after NDA.

Fueled with a level of designed maturity that is rare (Expressed By Many) to be orchestrated at this stage is conceptually powerful. The mapping of structure, execution, and intent has been done thoughtfully with clarity. Note: As stated in my last blog article posting "Enthusiastic Innovation - Represents a Passionate, High-Energy, and a Proactive Approach to Creating, Improving, and Implementing a New Ideal, in this case a Progressive, Process of Products, People & Profession through uniquely designed Processes". Followed by another evaluation stating "You have developed a truly remarkable idea that would be of great benefit to the skilled-trades sector of our economy, especially in these trying times. Indeed, it is this type of vision that is difficult to find these days and you should be commended for undertaking such a valuable project".


A Re-Cap of Yesteryear: 2008:

  1. First, being presented with an NDA for my protection in meeting potential associates. This was presented to me long before 2008.

  2. A Strong & Powerful Board of Directors was stated First: (Industry Stakeholders) NDA? A picture is worth a thousand words.

  3. Positive Evaluations, all based upon decades of research creating a foundational need?

  4. Partnership requirements with existing Accredited College or University. Reached Out No Response? Must not like the Competition? Or maybe they don't like NDAs?

  5. Stakeholders a requirement as stated by many including a meeting with an (IRAP) rep from the Industrial Research Assistance Program. (Industry) NDA a requirement.

  6. Banks & National Accounting Firms - Banks stated to reach out to National Accounting Firms they have the resources to assist you with presenting your request to non-bank lenders and investors. They too also admired my ambition in taking on such an impressive initiative. Note: National Accounting Firms stated - “Given the size of financing required it will involve multiple sources of funding” The project will be particularly difficult due to the current economic environment 2008. "Are We Still There Today"? Our corporate Finance group indicates that no new ventures will be launched right now as no one is willing to "Risk" any equity capital in this market? Note: (If I were a High Tech Business they would have rolled out the Red Carpet years ago and thrown million$ at my feet?) However, in view of the size of your project and the current environment, we suggest that you connect directly with the colleges, universities and government as they have “stimulus” money to spend and may look at this? MPP Gary Goodyear forward a letter on my behalf to the Ministry of Indian Northern Affairs to the Honorable Michael Bryant. Stating, I met with constituent Thomas Forbes who is seeking to establish a Vocational Technical College (University). This program, which links Corporate Business Practices and Institutional Education may be of interest to your department. "No response"? They also made it clear that a partnership with an existing “College” would be beneficial in proving your business model and attracting potential investors "Still No Interest Today" from any institution or Industry? Interesting considering the state of the institutions are (Were) in yesterday and the demand for skilled trades? Dose Ignorance and Arrogance still stand out in our society. "Not One", College or University stepped up through my years in Promoting & Advocating for this new private industry-based college university development that benefits the people directly? ("Or Maybe It's What Benefits The People Is The Problem") speaking of Canada? I like this one too, contacted the Nation Chamber of Commerce, was connected too Sarah Anson-Cartwright (2008) Director of Skills Policy who in a brief conversation stated that she had not heard from any of their members advocating for a new college? But suggested to test the interest of that industry, (Construction & Manufacturing) starting by contacting construction associations that represent that industry and the employers (Union/Non-Union)? Long story short at that time I emailed everyone across this country with absolutely no response back? Interesting isn't it? So, my question is now with having my own website for a few years now and blog articles orchestrating a clear intent to develop skilled trades, and education. Now being supported with an additional "High-End Directive" to spring board this institutional development to fruition within an 18 month itinerary might just create some interest? Perhaps the mind-set has changed from 2008 where Alternatives Matter? Is there not a need for a new Private Industry-Based Alternative College University Enhancing Education & Skilled Trades, among many other careers at this Institution as expressed in the title of this article a "Huge Powerful & Overwhelming Institution". If so your "Voice" needs to be heard? "Certainly seems like we need some stability considering 3 decades of pure rhetoric and "BS" that runs thicker than concrete and hardens faster in the minds of the public"?


    "RISK" as stated above = "Real Initiatives of Skills and Knowledge". Funny "Risk" in the

    90s and early 2000 was clearly stated as being "Movers & Shakers" so where is the risk

    when sustenance is regarded as a source of strength and nourishment in support of those seeking education, skills, and development? All part of our prerequisite curriculum formula such as Fitness, Focus, Financial, Work, Earn, Learn, through an Unprecedented Private Industry-Based Vocational Technical College University Development. It's truly a Win, Win, for Students, Parents, and Industry also supporting our economy and building upon productivity requirements to enhance sector growth in both manufacturing & construction.


What will be delivered here at this new Institutional Development besides Opportunities. "Independence" on a personal level is the ability to manage one's own life, make autonomous decisions, and meet personal needs—physical, emotional, and financial—without undue reliance on others. "Meaning Parents, Loans, & Debt". It is a process of self-discovery and growth that fosters confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self-worth.


"Independence" upon business and a personal level represents the ability to act with autonomy, integrity, and objectivity, free from undue external control or influence. It is a state of mind that combines financial self-reliance with the freedom to direct one's own career, make independent decisions, and manage personal and business risks. (Entrepreneurship)


Summary:


So here we all are, you can't hide the fact that you haven't heard of this New Private Institutional Development? I do acknowledge that not everyone is attached to the Chamber? My challenge goes out to the Construction & Manufacturing sectors who may actually have a real concern about our Next Generation. This "Juggernaut" institutional development expressed in the title will inspire and set the pace outside traditional processes. Swellheads, are everywhere creating a "Broad Lack Off Opportunities" in a leashed system signifying a systemic, widespread, and often structural absence of possibilities for personal, professional, or economic advancement instead of an ambitious enthusiastic process that's being expressed here. Manufacturing is at an all time low due to decades of intentional outsourcing? However, it now seems to be on the rebound, and will indeed require serious alternative initiatives to accelerate the transitional change back, supporting economic growth for the people?


The core difference between Direct and Indirect (often termed "Leashed" or third-party) business models lies in the presence of an intermediary. In a Direct Model, the manufacturer sells directly to the consumer meaning (Our 5Ps Progressive, Process, of Product, People, & Profession. In an Indirect Model, products are sold through middlemen such as retailers, distributors, or wholesalers such as our (Our Traditional System).


Our Direct Business Model – We’re offering greater opportunities to the people and industry engaging in developing Educational Programs, Skilled Trades, and many other Career Alternatives that benefits our economy and our Next Generation. This allows Manufacturing and Construction companies including Unions & Multi-Trade companies etc... having an additional labour source or market to tap into. Bypassing traditional labour sources would be a choice, knowing first hand of the quality and experience industry requires to grow. Developing quality opportunities for the people to fulfill employment and personal stability to get on with their life.

The primary advantage of being direct is transparency, clear understanding, and immediate communication of what’s expected from our new student Cohort and Industry Collaboration, versus Leashed indirect, hesitant, and heavily restricted in communication, that’s not efficient and trust-building

Direct communication eliminates ambiguity and saves time, which allows for swifter decision-making and better employee retention. We're building upon a stronger Cohort for our Next Generation as we reduces confusion and frustration individually and for all involved. While directness is beneficial and can be "brutally honesty" where feeling can and will be hurt with such honesty strictly embracing ones learning curve. Effective directness is based upon "Truth & Safe Practices" where communicating such needs require clear and intentional assertiveness. In short, a direct approach is superior for fast-paced, high-performance environments, while a "leashed" or indirect approach often stifles growth and creates inefficiencies.


The Preemptive Advantage - in business a proactive strategy is to secure entry within a dominated market full of competitors. Often by controlling key resources engaging in (partnerships), securing first-mover advantages, and creating stronger brand perception where this approach disrupts the balance in becoming a "Change Agent". However, in this case we embrace industry, education, and a needed supply chain of skilled trades allowing for faster growth, and establishing a long-term collaboration supporting our defensible market leadership. Ontario lifting post-secondary tuition freeze, boosting funding "AWE" the disadvantaged students.

“Students are already paying their fair share when it comes to education and Ontario students are paying on average $8,000 to $10,000 in tuition fees,” I think what we’re going to see is we’re going to see a new cohort of students graduating with more student debt than ever before, and this is not fair to students who work really hard.” “Young people are already facing record-high unemployment, and are asking whether they can afford rent, groceries, or making a living here in Ontario,” she wrote in a statement. 

“Instead of fixing the affordability crisis, this government is telling them to take on more debt and hope things somehow work out.”. And to think what is stipulated here doesn't apply at this new institutional development. "No Debt, No Loans, No Tuition"


"AWE" Competing jurisdictions rebuild capacity at home and via for investment, access to skilled talent remains one of the most important drivers of growth. NOTE: as stated above in my "A Re-Cap of Yesteryear: 2008" I'm pretty dam sure that the Chamber now has knowledge of a New College University Development?


In the link below, I was about to express that our institutions have out-lived their public service? "BUT" as I said before "Don't worry they will get another Life-Line as stated in the above Link.


Indeed, it was a deliberate compromise, and will not apply to this new institutional development?


In the Link below I can honestly say when viewing the Board Of Directors of Polytechnics Canada a number of years ago, I see a great achievable challenge for our Board of Directors implementing our Strong Offense & Defensive Strategy to become Competitive. When viewing the Bio’s of their board members and staff I truly have to laugh "Not One Tradesman" "So that speaks for itself". However, I see more clearly than ever that my work has a deep embedded foundational purpose that represents the people of North American in creating greater opportunities. A development designed in strengthening our countries Skills, Education, and Knowledge supporting our people, Industry, Country, and our Economy.


This is very disturbing, I expressed this in an earlier article stating 20 to 30 year old's and all those who may have dropped out of school would benefit from this new institutional development. Canadians being "Benched" since 2015 and our youths are at a prime age to embrace greater opportunities.


Another disturbing link? Canadians, Drop-Outs, ages 16 to 30 where the last 10 years directly "Benched" Canadians, in personal growth and in opportunities?


So, Now What? I assume being creative will interest growth in this area?


My Thoughts. A fair deal, I only see a hand full of student protesters? The greatest of all "Fair or Unfair" was Laurentian "French" Universities Bankruptcy Protection. So conveniently orchestrated to be the "One And Only" College or University in Canada to go through that and then our convenient "French" Government tied off the "LOOPHOLE" so know one else could engage?


Interesting 50 years, it took that long to outsource manufacturing, but now it is on the rebound? With such a long term loss, there will be a need for an enthusiastic approach achieving the skills & knowledge moving forward. Tradition doesn't cut it anymore where likeminded students will be requiring something more direct.


I like this one where PhD Degrees serve no purpose especially in this new institutional development where knowledge is build from the bottom up not from the top down and that applies to "AI" as well "Original Intelligence" first please?


Networking? Really, through ones connections sounds like a buddy system, I wonder does 100% of everyone get employment? However, I know for a fact that this new Private Industry-Based College University Development? "Industry" and others will be at our door looking in for well trained skilled professionals from Apprentice through to Journeyman or the scale of education also being delivered at this institution.


Interesting no cost for students at this college university. However, ambitions rules in all programs if not, others will be lined up for your replacement.


R&D indeed we have done our own, now it's time to implement.
