One of my main peeves with our Canadian/North American system is its near total lack of comprehensive Technical Training and Education for the Modern Manufacturing Workforce and more. Let me be Blatantly Clear this New Institutional System is not new, it like many other things have been deliberately ignored for over 25 years. Where approximately 6000+ students at full capacity would be able to attend this New Institutional Development addressing ambitious young students from the ages of 16 reflecting an early choice and perhaps embracing our Drop-Out problem, as being one area of great concern. In essence, this new Private Non-Traditional Industry Based Vocational Technical Training College/University with an unbelievable portfolio of programs that will encompass through training and education in the disciplines of part Metrology; (The “Golden Rule” of Metrology states, that the measurement of uncertainty shall be less than 10% of the tolerance. If this tolerance is fulfilled, there is practically no influence of the measurement of uncertainty to the tolerance), Machinists, Electronics for Automation, Automation, Research Development & Rapid Manufacturing, Tool and Die Building, Tool Design, Welding, Electrical, Plumbing, Fitters & Welders; Pipe, Plate, and Structural, HVAC, Engineering Various Disciplines, and so much more. Give this some thought Canada (North America) here we will have an industry base having upwards of 6,000 employees/students on-site throughout our strategic campuses can you think of anything that can come close. How many Colleges and Universities, can run a paid self-sustaining, self-driven, inspiring ambitious students in achieving their goals within a Private Industry Based Vocational Technical College University Institution of this magnitude can you think of one Canada?
Note; the Supply, Demand, Needs & Wants, has always attracted investment, stakeholders, and national accounting firms; if interested once again to assist with presenting our request to non-bank lenders and investors?
Growing up I had always heard the term “Talk Is Cheap” I believe the equivalent of that would be the years of Rhetoric as you can see below there is no shortage of it. I am not being discriminant of political party's but the Liberal Party stands out having the longest running “Party” with our hard earned tax dollars for years with standing results being “0” over the past 25 years in this area (the problems that still exists)? Time for a helpful change a “For The People, By The People” as in this new institutional development? “Facts are Facts”? Solutions become clearer as we all wake up as stated by this gentleman’s links below where an Alternative Opposition of today’s institutional narratives would be paramount in creating many grounded opportunities to all Canadians.
CANADIAN MACHINERY AND METAL FORMING MAGAZINE JAN/FEB/O3- $12 BILLION BOOST FOR APPRENTICESHIPS – The money will be split between skills/competences Canada (SKC) a national non-profit group that promotes skilled trades and technical careers as a career option, for Canadian youth, and the Canadian apprenticeship forum.
Note; Well now that worked well with all our tax dollars and the problem is still here? Both the Universities/Colleges and the Government at that time would be hard pressed as to where the money actually went? Sound familiar?
Note; I would have to research my Archives to find the actual article editor for this one. However, even 25 years ago we new what was required? Perhaps the title will stimulate a significant change forward. “PRIVATE SECTOR, SCHOOLS SHOULD JOIN FORCES TO FIGHT YOUTH JOBLESSNESS? SEPT.20/97”.
For over a year now I have followed the Chapter 11 progress of a ground breaking insolvent process on a Canadian University. My long time thoughts wrapped around this process is in making sure that their “I” are doted and “T” are crossed in preparation for many others to follow suit?
This New Private Non-Traditional Industry Based Vocational Technical College/University Development is designed to astound Canada with greater opportunities in attracting Canadians. What does More actually mean? “Ignored”?
Remember “Mary Poppins”; “Just A Spoon Full Of Tyranny Makes The Funding Go Down”. This New Performance Based Institutional Development for Canadians is a step away from the tyranny funded menu?
Note; The Rhetoric approach?
Question? Ontario, which educates roughly 40 percent of all post-secondary students in Canada, has perhaps the highest stake in the future of higher learning? Would we not want the best opportunities for all Canadians?
Note; Since the start of 2008 recession, international student numbers have tripled; and at the university level, the gap between domestic and international students have student fees risen inexorably as well. Since 2012-13, funds from international students have covered slightly more than 100 percent of the collective increase in “University” operating budgets. Universities have endeavoured to replace absent government funding with tuition raises, so tuition rates have skyrocketed. Now we have a 60/40 ratio in favor of International students? Plus, In the second link shows that the 60 percent have greater opportunities than our 40 percent domestic when it comes to Employment? This doesn’t sound very Canadian to me, does it to you Canada? Perhaps I have it wrong? Tyranny? Which will end the same way as Laurentian University Chapter #11 CCAA, now if I were a betting man I would say it is their planned exit from for all the greedy bastards? So was their ever quality in the quality education?
Note; Are we compromising Canadians by not addressing our own people?
Note; We do not have a “Wall” here in Canada, but we have an unattended and under minded scrupulous immigration plan going unnoticed?
Note; We do have many existing young Men & Women in Canada? We also have the highest demographics of youth in our Indigenous Communities as well all looking for safe grounded opportunities? If they haven't been compromised?
Labour Concerns: Critical thought is not a Professors Hypothesis, the Practical Matter is the Practical Side of Realism, the foundation of Critical Thought.
Construction Concerns: Talk is cheap and needs to be swept to the street. A requirement to allow Canadians to get somewhere?
Note; Securing Votes: In Our Already Top Heavy Controlled Government. Which still requires more for us to be Leashed, to the point of total dominance. Is that what you want Canada?
